We substitute a few ingredients to make it the sous-chef style by replacing pork shoulder with chicken and the ham with oven roasted turkey while on a Italian bread instead of French bread. We make our sandwich with grilled chicken, american white cheese, oven roasted turkey, pickles, mustard and mayonnaise on Italian bread. We also add a bit of garlic sauce to our bread to give it a taste as if we are eating garlic bread.

    Making pizza with a twist, instead of on a flat bread we make pizza inside a kaiser roll that we shape into a bowl. This is where the magic happens. We cut open the kaiser roll, stuff with american white cheese, chicken deli meat, marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top. We also add a garlic sauce on it to give it a nice crust of garlic bread. The we cook all of it inside a toaster oven.

    Making sandwiches filled with roast beef deli meat, chopped lettuce and american cheese. We add to the mixture of the cooked roast beef from the grill and chopped lettuce a bit of beef broth to keep it flavorful and juicy. Afterwards we add it to a hoagie bread where we add the american white cheese and place it back on the grill to melt the cheese and then serve.

  • S02E01 Sloppy Joe w/ Cheese

    Our sloppy joe is basically ground beef mixed with, green peppers, yellow onions, garlic powder, black pepper, brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce & olive oil. We placed it in a bed of Hawaiian bread and placed mozzarela cheese on top and placed it in a toaster oven.

  • S02E02 Chicken Tikka Masala

    Chicken Tikka Masala is made with a variety of ingredients. You add and mix chicken cutlet, olive oil, heavy cream, cinnamon, plain yogurt, paprika powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes,black pepper, tomato sauce and lemon juice. Once the chicken is cooked on the grill we mix all the ingredients together and add it to the chicken and plate it with a side pf pita bread.

    This recipe was made with substitutes from the original recipe called "Sweet & Spicy Sambal Pork Noodles". We take ramen noodles and add ground beef instead of pork, season it with olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, basil, red hot pepper, black pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and tomato sauce. We use the grill to cook the ground beef and the microwave to cook the noodles and the sauce.

  • S02E04 Filet Mignon with Balsamic Vinaigrette Glaze Over Roasted Potatoes

    We start out with steak that was marinated overnight with just vinegar and black pepper. After cooking it on the grill. We glaze it with a balsamic vinaigrette, brown sugar and basil marinade to give it a boost of flavors. For the roasted potatoes, we cook it in the microwave, where afterwards we season it with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes and basil. They are placed back on the grill to roast them for a minute.

  • S02E05 Keto Chicken Cordon Blu Casserole w/ Broccoli

    Our keto chicken cordon blue is made out of ground chicken, turkey deli slices and mozzarella cheese. We add cream cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, chicken broth, garlic powder and black pepper. We combine everything, cook it in the toaster oven and serve it with a side of broccoli.

    Pizza logs is made with mini sub heroes that are flatten by a rolling pin, marinara is spread over them, place american white cheese on top and we roll them. The last touches is basically placing it in an egg wash and breaded it. After wards its place in the toaster oven to cook.

    For this episode we take soft tacos and add mozzarella cheese with other spices to make a cheese quesadillas. Afterwards we cut it into 4 pieces, layer it and add marinara sauce in between each one and add cheese on top.

  • S02E09 Broccoli Rice Casserole Bombs

    On this episode we took kaiser rolls and filled them with a mixture of Spanish rice, broccoli, cheese salsa and shredded yellow cheese. We cooked the instant Spanish rice using the microwave as well as the broccoli. Heated up the salsa and then cooked the final result in the toaster oven.

  • S02E10 Cheeseburger Calzone

    For this episode we took ground beef and made them into burger patties while adding spices to it & mozzarella cheese. We also added a mix of ketchup & mayonnaise. Afterwards we took soft shell tacos, placed the cheeseburger mix into the middle with more mozzarella cheese and use a turnover maker to make then into calzones. then they are given an egg wash with some bread crumbs and cooked in the toaster oven.

  • S02E11 Original: Volcano Island Surprise

    For this original recipe, we took a plantain cup stuffed it with ground beef. We used the special sauce (ketchup & mayo) added mozzarella cheese on top. Placed in a bed of white rice that was sprinkled with crushed up BBQ pork rinds and then top off with 2 to 3 Jalapeno Cheetos.

  • S02E12 Broccoli & Cheddar Soup Bowls

    On this recipe we mix in flour, milk and olive oil to create our soup base. Then we take a head of broccoli that we steam in the microwave and cut into spears. This is also added to our soup case. The last thing is we add sharp cheddar cheese, mix it all together and place it all into a Kaiser roll and place that into the toaster oven to cook.

  • S02E13 Chicken Parmesan Heroes

    This recipe was made with chicken cutlets that we egg washed, breaded it and cooked it on the grill. We added marinara sauce to the mixture and placed it on a Panini pressed hoagie. We then added mozzarella cheese to it and placed it in the toaster oven to cook once again and melt the cheese.

  • S02E14 Original: Sloppy Joe At Sea

    On this original recipe we take a different approach to a Sloppy Joe and create "Sloppy Joe at Sea". We take sweet plantains as the base, place our Sloppy Joe mixture that is made of ground beef, green peppers, tomato sauce, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, one egg and a few other ingredients. Then we place mozzarella cheese on top to create our unique original recipe.

  • S02E15 Original: King UNO Special

    On this original recipe we take one of our chefs special added ingredient which is jalapeno mac and cheese and create our "King Uno Special". This is added to a bed of pasta rice side and a hamburger in the middle of it and then place our jalapeno mac and cheese on top.

  • S02E16 Steak Grilled Cheese w/ Tomato Soup

    This recipe we take a look at a classic meal which is the american grilled cheese and tomato soup. But we do a twist to the grilled cheese and evolve it into a steak grilled cheese. We use mozzarella cheese and placing them all into and Italian bread while also making it and cooking it in a panini press.

    For this recipe we take chicken cutlet and cook it in the microwave to shred it. Then we add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and parsley flakes. After we the chicken is seasoned we add BBQ sauce. We also cook up some roasted chicken yellow rice and we mix all of this into our soft flour tortilla that we cook on a panini maker.

  • S02E18 Original: Naked Chicken Pot Pie In Mashed Potaoes

    On this original recipe we take cans of chicken broccoli cheese with potatoes and cook it in the microwave. We take a head of broccoli, cut it up and add it to that mix. Once that is cooked and mixed we make mashed potatoes to add to it. We make an indent in the mashed potatoes add the soup mix into it and sprinkle toasted bread crumbs that we cooked in the toaster oven.

  • S02E19 Original: Sub-Sandwich Bombs

    For this recipe we take Italian roll subs and fill it a combination of black forest ham. We roll it up and place roasted chicken rice and also wrap provolone cheese. We cook all of this in a container that we place in the microwave and add roasted garlic herbs and sub marine dressing.

  • S02E20 Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders w/ Honey Butter Potatoes

    We take chicken tenders and cut them in half, soak them in a bath with water for 5 minutes. Then we dry them with paper towel and take cheese and place it on top while wrapping them in bacon to cook in the toaster oven. We take butter, add honey and melt it together, then we add it to the potatoes that we smash and have been cooked in the microwave.

  • S02E21 Cheesy Chicken Patties w/ Waffled Broccoli

    In this recipe we take ground chicken and mix it with black pepper, parsley flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, flour, mozzarella cheese and an egg to make them into chicken patties. We then take a head of broccoli that we cook up in the microwave, mince it and mix it with eggs and bread crumbs to be placed in our waffle maker and make them into waffles for our buns.

  • S02E22 French Toast Rollups

    For this recipe we take sandwich bread, flatten it and do three different variations of french toast and cook it on the grill. We take turkey sausage and roll it up with the bread and add it to a mixture of cinnamon powder, eggs and milk. We then do a roll-up that combines peaches and cream cheese and dunk it into our mix. And for the last french toast roll-up we make them into cinnamon rolls, where we mix melted butter, cinnamon powder and brown sugar.

  • S02E23 Beef & Broccoli w/ Cheddar Broccoli Rice

    For this recipe we have a marinade that was prepared for us by Chef Uno. We use the marinade to coat the steak and let it sit for about fifteen minutes We also take a head of broccoli in which we cook in the microwave for about for minutes to make it tender. We take the broccoli and cut it into spears that we add to the steak and slow cook on a stove top grill. We also had more of the marinade to everything and base it every few seconds to make every juicy and tender. After it is cooked we plate the steak with broccoli with a cheddar broccoli rice blend as part of a side dish.

  • S02E24 Original: Stuffed Chicken Waffles

    We take ground chicken, add on spices and cook it on the grill that we make into patties. We then mash them up and add homemade BBQ to it. We take the mashed up chicken and add it to two buttered sandwich breads, add shredded american cheese and cut it into a circle and place it into the waffle maker. Once cooked we add sour cream, fresh cut up chives to it and for the finish we pour maple syrup on top to complete it.

  • S02E25 Sausage Penne Ala Vodka Bread Bowls

    For this recipe we take kielbasa, cut it into pieces and cook it on the grill. We take penne pasta and cook it in the microwave with our pasta bowl for 8 minutes. We add creamy vodka sauce and add the kielbasa to it. We then take this and cut open a kaiser roll that we hollow out and add provolone cheese on top. We take this, bake it in the toaster oven with a garlic marinade and cook it until the cheese melts and the bread crusts up.

  • S02E26 Potato Croquettes

    On this episode we make boxed mashed potato, where we add water, milk, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. We cook this in the microwave for two minutes and thirty seconds. We also take tropical mozzarella cheese and cut it up into small squares. Once the mashed potatoes are cook we take it and mold it to add the cheese in the middle and form them into balls. We then egg wash them and add them to bread crumbs that we cook on the grill. We also make a Dominican sauce that is made with ketchup and mayonnaise and spread it onto the croquet's or can be used for dipping on the side.

  • S03E01 My Grandma's Spaghetti Casserole

    Tribute to my grandma for her casserole, we take ground beef that we season with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, one egg and bread crumbs. For the spaghetti, once cooked we add olive oil with the water still in it. We also caramelize some onions. We mix everything together after it has been fully cooked and add the cheese, onions and the ground while leaving and adding the spaghetti sauce for last.

  • S03E02 Picadillos

    For this traditional dish we take ground beef and add a mild salsa. We season the ground beef with onion powder, parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, basil, thyme, oregano, red pepper, paprika, cumin, cinnamon powder, olive oil and tomato sauce. We cook it all together and serve it up with two sides. A soft flour tortilla and white rice that has been mixed with olive oil, garlic powder and parsley flakes.

  • S03E03 Beef Stroganoff

    On this traditional recipe we take ground beef that is seasoned with basil, onion powder, black pepper, parsley flakes and garlic powder. We make the cream sauce that is added with beef gravy, sour cream, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. We serve this on a bed of cooked egg noodles that is prepared in the microwave that we have added olive oil and black pepper to give it an added boost of flavor.

  • S03E04 Salvadoran Chuletas (Pork Chops)

    For this Salvadorian dish, we take ground beef that we season with onion powder, oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsley flakes, black pepper and bread crumbs. We take the soft flour tortillas that we cut into long slices and coat it with a mixture made out of olive oil, parsley flakes and garlic powder. We take the ground beef and wrap it around the tortilla and shape it into the shape of a pork chop. Once fully cooked we plate it with a side of white potatoes that were coated in a mix of honey, butter, olive oil and parsley flakes.

  • S03E05 Arroz Con Pollo

    On this traditional Puerto Rican dish, we take chicken cutlet that are cut up into cubes and marinated with a mixture of Achiote, sofrito that was mixed with tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and olive oil that is cooked on the grill. Once cooked with at the chicken to be cooked along side sweet peas, bacon that was cooked on the grill, minced garlic, sliced white onions, chicken broth and the grease that came from cooking the bacon. We mix this all together and cook it thoroughly once more in the microwave. We take this and serve it on a bed of spanish rice.

    For this old school traditional Dominican dish, we take ground beef that is seasoned with onion powder, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, parsley flakes, basil, sazon / achiote and olive oil. We mix it all together and make them into patties to be cooked on the grill. Once they are thoroughly cooked we take the patties and chop them up into ground beef. We take hero bread that we heat up on the panini press. We then add the ground beef to the bread, coleslaw that was cooked on the grill, tomatoes that were cut up into slices and finally add special sauce to the top.

  • S03E07 Chicken Bog

    On this traditional dish from down south, we take chicken cutlet that is cut up into cubes and seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley flakes and olive oil. We also then take turkey kielbasa, that is cut up into pieces and seasoned with minced garlic and worcestershire sauce. We take both the chicken and the sausage and cook them thoroughly on the grill. Once cooke we mix them with white rice to create our dish.

  • S03E08 Lasagna Roll-ups

    For this recipe, we take Lasagna pasta that is cooked in our microwave for 8 minutes. We then take ground beef that is seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, black pepper and olive oil and cooked on the grill as patties. Once cooked, we lay out the lasagna, smother meat sauce , spread ricotta cheese, sprinkle the mashed up ground beef and begin the process of rolling up the lasagna into a roll. We place it on our baking pan and pour mozzarella cheese on top to cook into our toaster oven.

    For this dish, we take steak that is cooked in water with salt and a bit of olive oil. Once cooked we take the steak and cut it into pieces. We season it with oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika, cumin powder, salt and olive oil and then cook it on the grill. We then use a bowl to mix the steak, add salsa, sugar, chicken broth and the spanish rice to make our dish.

  • S03E10 Vaca Frita (Fried Cow)

    To make this dish we take steak that is cooked in our microwave with water. Once cooked we season it with oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes and olive oil. We mix it with cut up white onions and cook them on the grill. Once cooked we plate it with a side of black beans that was cooked with olive oil, bell peppers and onion, white rice, slices of avocados and a few cut up pieces of lemon for taste.

  • S03E11 Papas Rellenas (Stuffed Potatoes)

    For this traditional dish that is made a bit different in all parts of the world. We take ground beef that is seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, oregano and olive oil. We take real potatoes that we cook in the microwave to make them tender. We then mash these up white adding parsley flakes, olive oil and garlic powder. We make a circle mold to place the ground beef in the middle of the mold and cover it with more mash potatoes to make them into balls. We coat the outside with olive oil and bread crumbs and cook them in our toaster oven to create this international dish of goodness and deliciousness.

    For this traditional dish we take ziti pasta cooked in the microwave. We then add spaghetti three cheese blend, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, parsley flakes, onion powder and black pepper and mix. Afterwards we place it on a pan, spread it and sprinkle mozzarella cheese while also placing a garlic texas toast on top. We place it on the oven to cook and then serve.

  • S03E13 Cheeseburger Soup

    On this recipe we take ground beef that is seasoned with black pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder, oregano, worcestershire sauce and add cut up onions and carrots into it. We mix it all together to make patties and cook them on our grill. Afterwards we take all the burgers and place them in a bowl where we mash them. Then we transfer it to another bowl that has potatoes, chicken broth, sour cream, milk and sharp cheddar cheese. We take this , mix it and cook it in the microwave until the cheese has fully melted.

    For this traditional recipe we take ground beef seasoned it with garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes, olive oil and add in cut up onions and a little bit of spaghetti sauce. We mix this all together to make patties and cook it on our grill. Once cooked we take the patties, mash them up and mix in ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and spread it over a soft flour tortilla. We wrap up the tortilla and cook it on the grill until its brown on both sides, then we serve it with a bit of spaghetti or tomato sauce on the side.

    For this traditional valentines dish, we take chicken cutlet that we season with salt and black pepper and cook it on the grill. While that's cooking to make the bruschetta part of the recipe, we take tomatoes, red onions, fresh mozzarella cheese and cut them into cubes. We mix in black pepper, salt, garlic powder, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. After the chicken has been cooked we top it with the bruschetta cold and plate it with a side of white rice.

  • S03E16 Shepherd's Pie / Cottage Pie

    To make this traditional dish which is a variation from Shepherd's Pie we take ground beef and season it with onion powder, parsley flakes, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce and olive oil. We make them into patties and cook them on the grill. Once fully cooked, we take the patties, mash them up and mix in ricotta cheese, flour, ketchup, onions and carrots. We place this on the pan and spread it evenly. We also take mashed potatoes that we spread on top of it and add mozzarella cheese. Afterwards we place this into the toaster oven to cook until brown on top.

    For this recipe, we take ground beef and season it with parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce and ketchup. We make patties out of it and cook it on our grill. After its cooked we mix green peppers and red onions that have been cut and minced and ricotta cheese. We fill the jumbo pasta shell with the ground beef mixture and then add sauce to a pan and to the shells while also spreading sharp cheddar cheese on top to be cooked in the toaster oven.

    On this recipe, we take steak that we cut into strips and cook it in water. While that cooks we take broccoli & cheese tots that is cooked in a air fryer and set it for 18 minutes to cook. Once the steak i cooked, we take it out the pot and season and cook it in a sauce pan with olive oil, adobo, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt. We mix this and allow it to fully cook in the sauce pan. For a side dish we prepare and cook a few sweet plantains that we cook within olive oil only and do not add any seasoning to. We cut them in half and then into slices, we cook each side until golden brown and then flip them and repeat the same process. Once everything is fully cook, we plate them all together and serve it.

We mix all of this and allow it to cook fully. Once it is cooked we take it and place it into a soft flour tortilla and add sharp cheddar cheese to it. We fold it into a burrito like wrap and then move it over to a sauce pan that has been prepared with olive oil slowly cooking and cook our burrito on the flap side first. Once one side is cook we flip it and continue to cook the other side until it is cooked and repeat the process for all the others. Once it is fully cooked we plate it and serve it as is.

    On this recipe, we take ground turkey and cook it with some olive oil in a pot. We add and mix red onions that are minced, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning and fried garlic. Once this is fully cooked we add diced tomatoes into the mix and allow to simmer for 6 minutes. In the meantime we take a soft flour tortilla that we season and coat with a mixture that is made from olive oil, garlic powder and parsley flakes. We place this in a microwave safe bowl to be place in the microwave and place it into the middle of it. We shape the tortilla into a bowl and cook it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Afterwards we take garlic rice (ready to eat) that cooks within 90 seconds in the microwave. Once everything is fully cooked we plate them and layer it within our bowl. We place the flour tortilla and add the garlic rice first, then a layer of our ground turkey, we add sharp cheddar cheese to the top and add a bit of parsley to it.

    For this dish, we take mozzarella cheese that we are going to turn into bowls and shells for our taco filling. We take the cheese and spread it onto parchment paper in small circle batches. This is going to go into a toaster oven to cook. We allow the cheese to melt and then place it over a muffin tin pan to shape the cheese into a bowl and leave some of them flat to create our taco shells. Next we prepare our filling by taking ground turkey that is seasoned with adobo, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning and salt. We also add to the mix some diced tomatoes and allow them to cook together fully. After everything is fully cooked we stuff our Keto cheese taco bowls and shells with the ground turkey mixture and side it Jasmine rice.

    For this recipe, we do a tutorial on how to cook Tostones fully into great tasting deliciousness that is done in my family with a special sauce that was handed down. We take green plantains and cut the tips off from each end. Then cut along the side to remove the peel from it as we then cut them into an inch a piece. We prepare a frying pan with vegetable oil and cook each piece fully until golden brown on both sides making sure they are hard. Once they are cooked remove and place on a plate with paper towel. Then take the Tostones and flatten it for the next phase of frying for the Tostones. Place back into the frying pan and continue to cook them for about 1 to 2 minutes. For the special sauce, we take Red onions and slice a few rims. We keep them intact and place them into a pot with vegetable oil to cook. We add adobo seasoning, cilantro, cumin powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and one minced garlic. Once the Tostones are fully cooked add the sauce over it and serve.

We then take a head of broccoli that we place into a microwave safe bowl, add water and steam cook it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. We take this out and cut it up into cubes and add it to our ground turkey that been cooking. We then take some scallion onions that are cut ans sliced thin. We add this into the pot and allow it to cook for another 3 minutes. After everything has been fully cooked we plate it with a side of jasmine rice and serve.

    In this recipe, we take jumbo shrimps that had their fins taken off and already deveined. We seasoned it with some minced garlic, add in canola oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder and parsley flakes. This becomes the marinade that we use to create the honey garlic shrimp. We let this cook for a bit and then add in a head of broccoli, which has been cut up into florets and steamed in the microwave for about four minutes. We also add into the mix some scallions onions and allow everything to cook thoroughly. Afterwards we plate this with a side of roasted chicken rice that was also cooked in the microwave, part of the instant ninety second rice.

    For this recipe, we take chicken cutlets that we cut up into chunks and shrimps that have been deveined and their tails cut off. We add chicken broth that we got from chicken noodle soup stock and place it into a pot. We add in our chicken and shrimp while seasoning it with some cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, and crushed red peppers. As this simmers we also add in some fresh scallions onions that were cut up , some minced garlic, and four reams of red onions that were also minced. We allow all this to cook fully for a few minutes and add in our mixed frozen vegetables to allow everything to cook. Once fully cooked we use our instant roasted garlic rice that was prepared in the microwave and add it into the pot as well. We mix everything fully and then serve.

    On this recipe, we take chicken cutlet that is cut up into cubes and at it to a pot. we add in a bit of olive oil to allow it to cook for a bit. In the meantime we prepare and add in minced garlic, scallion onions, red onions, diced tomatoes and allow all this to cook and come to a boil. Once that is ready we add in our dry ingredients which is a bit of cumin powder, black pepper, salt, a little bit more olive oil, ground turmeric. And the last ingredient is heavy cream. We allow everything to fully cook on the stove until everything has become a nice heavy consistency. We serve this with some cauliflower rice on the side.

  • S04E06 Grilled BBQ Chicken

    For this dish, we take chicken drumsticks that we place inside a plastic bag to coat it with a marinade mixture. The marinade consists of olive oil, salt, black pepper, italian seasoning and garlic herbs and tuscan seasoning. We allow this to sit in the marinade for an hour before we can begin to cook it on the grill. Once it is ready we take out the drumsticks and lay them opposite each other in the grill. we cook this in intervals of five minutes for fifteen minutes. Coating the chicken with BBQ sauce after five minutes have passed. We do two coats and then check to make sure that the chicken has fully cooked all the way to the bone by using a temperature gauge. Once all the chicken is fully cooked, we take it ans side it with some jasmin rice that we have mixed butter and parsley flakes to.

    For this recipe, we prepare and use ground turkey as our main dish. We take the ground turkey and place it in a pot and add adobo seasoning, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt and chives into it. As everything cooks we also prepare and add in scallion onions, minced garlic and also add in our hash browns. We allow for everything to cook thoroughly and make sure that we keep the ground turkey as moist as we can by adding more canola oil if needed. We use about two cups of oil for the whole cooking process. Once everything is cooked we side it with some Jasmine rice on the rice and serve it.

We allow for everything to cook thoroughly and just serve after it is done and complete. We place a fresh parsley as a garnish on the plate.

  • S04E09 Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

    For this extra easy dish, we take skirt steak that we cut up into cubes to make them bite size. We only use olive oil, salt, black pepper and dried parsley to use as a rub. We also take some scallion onions that we cut up and place into our mix. In the meantime we take butter and minced garlic and combine the two to make our marinade that is going to be used to coat out skirt steak for this dish. Once the steak is fully cooked, we drain the excess liquid that has come from the steak, place it back into our pan and add in our garlic butter. We allow this to fully cook and prepare our side dish. We side this dish with some rice pilaf that is cooked instantly in the microwave fromm and instant rice side bag. Once everything is done, we plate it and serve it to enjoy. We use parsley flakes as a garnish.

  • S04E10 Mondongo (Tripe)

    In this Dominican recipe, we take beef tripe and make it into a soup called "Mondongo". We take the tripe and cook it for an hour and a half in water with salt, black pepper and lime juice. This is to clean and infuse certain flavors into the tripe. Once it fully cooked, we take out the tripe and cut them up into squares. We place them into a pot that has water, green bell peppers, minced garlic, potatoes, scallion onions, tomato sauce, white onions and carrots. For the seasoning part we add in, sazón seasoning, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo seasoning and canola oil. We let this all cook up for about an hour and until the potatoes have soften. Once fully cook take out into a bowl and serve it alongside whit some white rice, or your favorite rice and enjoy.

  • S04E11 Cheesy Ground Turkey Quesadillas

    To begin this recipe, we take ground turkey that we place into a pot with some olive oil to cook up. Once the ground turkey is cooking we add in some white onions, minced garlic and butter. We allow this to cook, until the onions have become see through. Then we start to add in our ingredients that include salt, black pepper, tomato paste, cayenne pepper and cilantro. We allow all of this to cook up until the ground turkey has fully cooked and then add in our sharp cheddar cheese into the mix and stir on low to medium heat. Once this is fully cook we set it to the side and start to prepare our flour tortillas. We take the flour tortilla and cut them in half with a pizza cutter. We take some ground turkey mix and place it in the middle of the tortilla. We take each corner and pull it towards the other corner of the tortilla forming it into a pocket or a crepe looking tortilla, pace it into a skillet with the flap face down and cook. We cook both sides until golden brown and serve.

    For this uniquely made recipe, we take skirt steak that we cut up into strips and add salt, black pepper and olive oil. We mix this rub into the steak and transfer it to our grill where it will be cooking for about five minutes for a grill that has a lid. While this is cooking we take a small pot where we will be making caramelized onions to be added to our sandwich rolls. We take white onions and add adobo seasoning, chives, olive oil, cilantro, sazón seasoning and onion powder. We let this low cook while the onions become soft and clear. Once the steak and the onions have fully cooked, we begin to assemble our rolls by using bread that we flatten out. We place on one side some Colby jack cheese, some caramelized onions and some steak. We roll one end of the bread to the other side to make a roll. Then we take the roll and place it with the flap open onto our grill and cook until the bread has toasted for a bit and serve after.

    For this dish, we take ground beef that we season with adobo seasoning, chives, garlic powder, cilantro, oregano, sazón seasoning, black pepper, soy sauce, minced garlic and an egg. We mix it all together and place it on a pot to cook. In the meantime, we take a white onion that we cut up and mince and add it to the pot, alongside with some scallion onions, celery, tomato paste and a bit of water. We let this cook thoroughly until brown. While that is cooking we take another pot where we take out edamame pasta to prepare for the mix once the ground beef is fully cooked. Once everything is done, we drain the pasta and mix the ground beef into it, as we mix it we add in the sharp cheddar cheese into the pot. Once done and ready, we serve it.

  • S04E14 Grilled Pork Loin

    For this recipe, we take pork loin that we season and prepare within a Ziploc bag. We prepare a mixture with lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian herbs seasoning, olive oil, black pepper, spicy brown mustard and honey. We allow this to refrigerate for thirty minutes. Once thirty minutes has passed, we take it out begin cooking it on our grill. We place the pork loin in a diagonal way to allow for grill marks to cook on one way. Once we have given the pork a chance to cook fully we flip it over to the other side and have it cook for a bit more to allow the grill marks to go on the opposite side to give a nice cross hatch grill mark to the pork. In the meantime, we prepare some yellow rice that we add scallion onions to. Once everything is fully cook, we take our pork loin and side it with our yellow rice and serve.

    On this recipe, we take boneless chicken thighs that we cut up into cubes. We prepare and season with it with some olive oil, chives, oregano & cilantro. As this is cooking, we take some carrots that we slice up thinly, we take a white onion that we mince and two potatoes that we cut into cubes and add to the pot. Allow this to cook for a bit. After the chicken has cooked for a bit we add in out mix of tomato paste with turmeric in it. We add in a bit off water and some milk to the pot and allow this to cook. Once the stock begins to boil for a bit we begin adding and mixing in a bit of flour to get a creamy consistency. Allow this to fully cook and once it is ready you can serve it with some white rice, pita bread or anything of your liking.

  • S04E16 Sweet & Spicy Glazed Pork Chops

    For this dish, we take a sliced pork chop that we put a rub on. The rub is made from a mix of brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper. We mix this all together and then apply it to all of our pork chops that we are going to cook. We take a skillet that we add olive oil to. Once hot enough we gently place the pork chop onto our skillet as to avoid and splashing of the oil. We allow this to cook for about four to five minutes on each side. Once one side is cooked we flipped it over to allow the other side to cook but we add in parsley flakes onto the pork chop. We do the same to the other side once cook. After all the pork chops are done, we side this with some broccoli florets that we placed in our skillet to infuse some of the brown sugar that has been scorched onto it.

    For this dish that was crafted and made with love, which of course comes from my grandmother, we take chicken drumsticks that is boiled and cooked in a pot. We first take a pot and add water. We mix in adobo seasoning, olive oil, sofrito (that was made by my wife) sazón, poultry seasoning, oregano, cilantro and tomato paste. After it begins to boil, we add in potatoes and the chicken drumsticks. We allow this to boil and cook until the chicken has become tender enough that it comes off the bone. We take the stewed chicken and side it with some yellow rice and peas mixed in.

We take sesame seeds and sprinkle it on top of the ground beef. We plate this and serve it with a side of Jasmin rice.

  • S04E19 Crab & Cheese Spring Rolls

    On this delicious recipe, that is similar to cheese Rangoon, we take 2 packages of crab meat that is sliced thin and into pieces. We placed the cut up crab meat into a bowl and mix in cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, scallion onions and some minced garlic cloves. We combine them all together until everything has mixed fully. Then we take rice paper that we apply water on to it to make it soft and tender for rolling. We take some of the crab mix and place it on top of the rice paper. We roll up one flap from the bottom, then the two sides into the inside and roll the rice paper to the bottom half of the rice paper. Once you have done enough it’s time for the cooking process. We take a skillet that we slightly oil up and place the spring rolls on. We cook them until it is golden brown, flip it and cook the other side until it is the same. Once they are fully cooked we side with some cauliflower rice medley that includes peas and carrots.

  • S04E20 Creamy Tuscan Chicken

    In this recipe, we are using chicken cutlets. These were already preseason and marinated for twenty four hours overnight. We take the chicken and cook up in a skillet with some oil. As it starts to cook and turn brown, we add in our ingredients which includes spinach, cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano, butter, turmeric and minced garlic. We allow this to cook and simmer for a few minutes. Once everything has been cooking for a while we add in our milk and our mozzarella cheese to allow everything to mix thoroughly, stirring occasionally as to not allow the cheese to stick to the bottom of the skillet. Once the chicken is fully cooked on both sides, we serve it with some white rice on the side and place a lemon wedge on top of the chicken to garnish it.

    For this seafood recipe, we use imitation crab meat to make this dish. We cut the crab meat into slices and place it into a bowl. In a skillet we take butter and allow it to melt fully. We then add in celery, a white onion, minced garlic, the crab meat, black pepper and salt. We allow this to cook for five minutes before we add in the rest of the ingredients. Once the five minutes are up we add in our tomato paste and a cup of milk. Once this starts to simmer, we add in flour and whisk it slowly. Once all the flour has been mixed thoroughly we place the temperature down to a medium to low heat and allow it to simmer for a bit. Once the crab bisque is ready, we side it with some Jambalaya rice and serve.

  • S04E22 Eggroll In A Bowl (Keto)

    For our one hundredth episode, we make a keto version of eggrolls. We take ground turkey that we cook up in a wok and wait until it is fully cooked. We then add in a full sixteen ounce bag of coleslaw. As we mix and allow this to cook we add in minced garlic, green onions, ground ginger and soy sauce. We continue to cook everything and mix for six to seven minutes. Once that cooks we add in out scrambled eggs into the mix. The last ingredient that is needed to be added in this recipe is the sesame oil at the end of the cooking cycle. Once this is ready we serve it in a bowl, without any wrappers and place both duck sauce and hoisin sauce.

    For this recipe we use chicken sausages that we sauté in olive oil. Once it is cooked for a bit we mix in and cook it with yellow bell peppers, minced garlic and half of a white onions. While we wait for the onions to turn translucent from cooking, we start to mix in the other ingredients. We add in a bit of salt to taste, black pepper, a pinch of crushed red peppers and basil. As this is cooking we prepare and cook up some white rice. Once the rice is ready we add it to the chicken sausage mixture that we have in the pan and mix fully. We let this cook up for a few more minutes and then place it on a plate and sprinkle a bit of parsley flakes for garnishing.

    To make this recipe we use ground sausages that we place into a pot with vegetable oil and allow it to brown up for a bit. We then take a white onion that is sliced and minced and in some bacon bits and add it to the mixture. As these cook, we add the ingredients of minced garlic and the spinach and place the top over the pot to allow it to vent and cook. Once the spinach has cooked for a bit we add in our milk and our chicken stock and allow this to cook for about two to three minutes. After the time has passed we add in our cube up potatoes that we take out from the can and mix it into the pot fully. We place the top back on and continue to cook for another three minutes. Once done and ready, take out and serve and serve it with your favorite crackers or some nice delicious French bread.

  • S04E25 Soul Smothered Chicken

    In this recipe we take three pieces of chicken cutlet that we defrost by placing them in a bowl of water and allow them to thaw out for about two hours. Once they have defrosted, we dry them with some paper towels and add black pepper and salt to both sides. We then take a Ziploc bag that we have added flour to it. We take each chicken cutlet and coat it with the flour fully inside the bag. We prepare a frying pan with butter and then begin cooking our chicken for five minutes on each side. Once it is fully cooked we take them out and place them to the side to be cooked again later. We begin to make our sauce from a rue mix of onions, green onions, minced garlic, flour, chicken broth, cayenne pepper and black pepper. We add in our cooked chicken back in and use a spoon to cover and drizzle the sauce on top of it. We put a lid on and allow this to continue cooking for an additional two minutes. Once everything is fully cooked and done we side this with some yellow rice and serve.

  • S04E26 Honey Sriracha Meatballs

    In this dish we use frozen premade meatballs that we cook up in a frying pan. To make the sauce, that will be poured over the meatballs and used for cooking, we combine sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger and minced garlic cloves. Once the meatballs have fully cooked we pour our sauce mixture into our pan. We mix the meatballs with the sauce to make sure that we cover every inch of them. In the meantime we prepare white rice that we will be using as a side for the meatballs. We add vegetable oil and some chives into the rice and cook it in a rice cooker. Once the meatballs have finished cooking and the rice is done, we plate both them together while placing the rice in the middle and placing the meatballs on the side and pouring a bit of the sauce around the plate. We also use sesame seeds and chives as a garnish.

  • S05E01 Thanksgiving Leftovers

    For these dishes, we take and combine the foods that were made during the day of Thanksgiving day night. We take turkey meat and place in a big pot. In the pot we also place in some onions, green onions and vegetable oil. After everything has cooked and the onions have become translucent we add in the turkey sauce into the pot along with the rice with beans. In the meantime, we heat up in the microwave the mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and mac and cheese. We place the cranberry sauce on the side while those two things cook. We also take the turkey stuffing that we place in a mold to make them in to the shape of rectangles and cook it into an air fryer to make them into a toast like consistency. We take the stuffing and place it on the plate, then sweet potato, then the mash potatoes to cover the whole thing as a cake and place cranberry sauce on top. We take and add some mac and cheese on the side and place the turkey soup with the rice added into it in a small bowl and serve.

    To create this dish, we take one pound and a half of crab meat that we cut up into small squares. We add it to a sauce pan that we placed olive oil in and allow it to cook for a bit. We then begin to add in onions, minced garlic cloves, two envelopes of sazón, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. We mix all the ingredients together and allow it to cook for about two to three minutes. After the time has passed we add in the chicken broth, some lemon juice, ketchup and finally parsley flakes. We combine and mix thoroughly while placing the heat on low to medium heat. In the meantime we prepare regular plain white rice with nothing special added into it except a bit of vegetable oil. We place it in the rice cooker and let it cook the rice up. Once the rice has finished we put the rice in a bowl to mold it and place it on our plate, we then take our crab dish and place around the plate and serve it.

    To make this dish, we take ground turkey that we place into a pot with olive oil. We cook the ground turkey until on medium to low heat and until it is fully cooked and add in yellow onions, minced garlic cloves, a small bell pepper, Tajin powder, cumin powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, half a can of spaghetti sauce and a cup of chicken broth. We allow this to cook and simmer for about twenty minutes and stir occasionally as to not to let the all the ingredients in the pot burn at the bottom of the pan. Once the chili is prepared and ready we side it with some white rice. The white rice was seasoned with chives and olive oil in the rice cooker.

  • S05E04 Thai-Styled Turkey Burgers

    For this recipe we are making Thai-style turkey burgers. This dish is also a dedication to none other than the legend himself John Wesley Shipp. We take one pound of ground turkey meat that we place into a mixing bowl. We add in one egg, soy sauce, dried cilantro, green onions, ginger powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper and of course a cup of bread crumbs. We mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and mold them into turkey patties. For the one pound of ground turkey it made about eight patties. We then take our grill and cook up the patties until they are well done. In the meantime we also cook up some caramelized onions to place on the top of the patties after they are cooked. Once all the patties are cooked we place them on hamburger buns and serve.

  • S05E05 Crab Cakes

    For this dish that was made for the holiday season we are using imitation crab meat. We take one pound of crab meat that minced up a bit and place into a mixing bowl. We add in a cup of mayonnaise, one egg, chives, Worcestershire sauce, spicy mustard, Tajin powder, lemon juice and plain panko bread. We mix all the ingredients together. Once fully mixed we place into a silicone cupcake mold that fits about twelve pieces. This mix yielded about twenty pieces. We place it onto the oven on four hundred degrees for twenty minutes. Once they are fully cooked we served it with cheddar bacon ranch and garnished it with parsley flakes.

  • S05E06 Stuffed Biscuits

    For this special dish made by my wife Mellissa, she takes two packs of Hawaiian flavored style croissant roles and roles them out. For each pack she presses them together to form one big dough. Butter is then applied to both sides of the dough to coat them for when they are baked in the oven. After this process is done, it is cut into three pieces, the second pack is also done in the same manner and fashion. Roasted style deli ham is placed for each one with the addition of a slice of mozzarella cheese to accompany it. Once it done, one flap from the corner is taking and folded over to the other side making them into filled pockets. The edges are pressed firmly to completely close them. More butter is applied to the top to make sure that no coating came off during the folding process. It is then placed in the oven for cooking. Once the stuffed biscuits have been fully cooked they are cut in half and sprinkled with parsley flakes on top.

    For this recipe that was made and cooked using the microwave, we use ground turkey as the main ingredient. We take the ground turkey and place it into a mixing bowl. We add an egg, ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, salt and black pepper to prepare the meat for cooking. We mix everything thoroughly and place it into a square silicon mold, making sure that the ground turkey has been spread out evenly. We then take the mold and place it into the microwave for cooking for about twelve minutes. In the meantime, in a bowl we mix the glaze that will go on top of the meatloaf. The glaze is made out of ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. We mix this very well. Once the meatloaf finished is twelve minute rotation, we take the glaze mixture and apply it to the entire thing making sure we get all the sides and the top coated. The last phase of cooking is for three minutes only in the microwave. Once it is done we slice the meatloaf and serve it with a side of white rice.

  • S05E08 Turkey Enchilada Stacks

    For this festive dish we take ground turkey and cook it in a pot. We let it brown up and add in a can of pre made sloppy Joe sauce, dried and minced onion, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. We allow for everything to mix and continue to cook. As the ground turkey is cooking we take a brick of sharp cheddar cheese and use a grater to make it into shredded cheese. We also take and place to the side the flour tortillas that will be used as part of the layering stacks. Once the ground turkey has fully cook, it comes time to layer our stack for the final phase of cooking. We place one flour tortilla on a microwave safe dish. We place the ground turkey on top and spread to fully cover the tortilla. Once finish we sprinkle shredded cheese on top. We then place another flour tortilla and follow the same process to layer. Once that is done we place it into the microwave to be cooked for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Once it is done, slice it four ways or eat as is and enjoy.

  • S05E09 Seasoned Burgers & Fries

    For this recipe we use plain ground beef patties. We season the patties with paprika, brown sugar, garlic salt and black pepper. We make sure that we coat both sides of the patties and then use our fingers to make sure that the ingredients are rubbed into the patties. Once the patties are ready we place it and cook it on a smokeless grill for about five minutes. Once the time is up we take the patties and turn them over diagonally to create a cross grill marks. One fully cooked we take the burger and place it within buns, placing provolone cheese, pickles and ketchup. In the meantime we had pre seasoned fries that we cook up in our air fryer and use as a side for the seasoned burgers.

    On this recipe we use precooked frozen meatballs. We take the meatballs and place it in a pot with a bit of vegetable oil. We add in 4 julienne carrots, 1 small half onion sliced, two small peppers that is also julienne and a garlic clove. We allow for all this to cook up thoroughly before we add in the soy sauce. Once that is ready we take and add half a bottle of sweet and sour sauce to the mix and stir for a bit to allow the meatballs and the other ingredients to be coated. Once this is ready to go we take it and serve it with white rice on the side.

  • S05E11 Stuffed Pepper Soup

    On this recipe we use vegetable oil for cooking. We take red peppers, orange peppers and yellow peppers minced up and add to our pot. We then add one medium onion minced, two garlic cloves and allow for everything that we place in our pot to cook. We then take our ground turkey and place into our pot and mix it. At the same time we add in the pinch of salt and black pepper, Italian seasoning and also one can of tomato soup. Once fully cooked we add in the last ingredient which is the cooked white rice and mix into the pot as well. We did half of the tomato soup to cut back on the acidity. And then once everything, we served it with shredded cheese on top and some parsley flakes.

  • S05E12 All About That Cauliflower

    For this very special recipes for Valentine’s Day, we prepare dishes that are made out of Cauliflower. One of the dishes that is made into bites, includes one head of cauliflower that is cut up into florets and placed into a mixing bowl. After that flour is added, garlic powder, a bit of salt, black pepper, BBQ sauce and scallion onions. Once all that is the bowl you mix thoroughly and place into a cooking sheet right into the oven for baking. The second dish that is made takes a head of cauliflower also cut up into florets. It is placed into a pot with butter, garlic powder, garlic clove minced, onions, vegetable stock and heavy cream. We allow for all of this to cook up for a bit and then we add in cheese, stirring occasionally as to not let the cheese settle. We add in a bit of bacon bits to add in color. Once that is fully cooked we serve it along with the cauliflower bites that were baking for twenty minutes.

    For this recipe we use frozen meatballs on a twist to a regular style dish that normally incorporates chicken. We take the meatballs and add it to a pot that we add in sliced onions, garlic cloves, ginger, a pinch of salt and black pepper, red pepper flakes and sesame oil. We allow this to cook up all together until the meatballs have been warmed up. In the meantime we take another pot where we mix the sauce that is going to be added to the meatballs. In this pot we add vegetable oil, chicken broth, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sweet & sour sauce and honey. We slowly simmer this as to not let the ingredients burn. Once ready we take this and at it the meatballs. Once this is ready we side this with white rice and serve.

    On this traditional recipe, we take and use ground turkey as the main ingredient. In a pot we take the ground turkey that has vegetable oil in it and add in onions, garlic cloves, salt & black pepper. We allow this to cook up until golden brown. Once the ground turkey is cooked we add in the beef broth, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and paprika to the pot and mix. We let this continue to cook on low heat as we prepare the next steps for the dish. At the same time that we are cooking the ground turkey, we prepare in another pot the elbow macaroni that will be added to the ground turkey that is already cooking. Once the macaroni is finished, we add it into the ground turkey and mix it thoroughly. After everything has finished cooking we serve it and add parsley flakes to garnish the dish.

    For this recipe, we use chicken cutlets to make this dish. We cut up the chicken into cubes and add saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, all spice, white pepper, lime powder, butter, garlic cloves and oil into a pot and let it cook up. Once it begins to turn golden brown, we add in tomato puree, water, and three small diced carrots, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of cumin powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper and one chicken bouillon cube and allow this to cook up fully. At the same time we cook up some white rice that we will be adding to the mix of this dish. Once the rice is cooked we take it and at it the chicken that has been cooking in the pot already. We mix them in thoroughly and allow it to cook for a bit. Once everything has been mixed and cooked we take it out and serve.

    On this dish, we take vegetable oil and add to a pot. We take chicken cutlet and cut it into cubes, at the same time we take three mild Italian sausages that we cut up into slices. We add in the onions, celery sticks that are both chopped up and allow for the onions to turn translucent. Once the onions are fully cooked we add in our chicken and sausages and allow them to cook fully. Once they are golden brown add in the ingredients of oregano, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. We let this sit and cook up. At the same time we prepare on the side some white rice that we will use to plate this dish on top of. Once everything has fully cooked we take them out and serve them.

  • S05E17 Mels Bday - Corned Beef & Cabbage

    For this special occasion, an old traditional recipe was created and made with motherly love. This was also in honor of my wife’s special birthday. This dish is normally made during St. Patrick’s Day. The corn beef is cooked inside a pressure cooker with a few added ingredients of pickling seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo seasoning, black pepper and pickling spices. We add in small baby red potatoes and one head of cabbage that is cut up into for pieces. We then base it with some beef broth and close the lid and cook it for about three hours and a half. At the same time we prepare and make white rice that will accompany the corn beef and cabbage when done. We only add oil and some garlic powder to the white rice to cook it up in the rice cooker. Once everything is fully cooked we take out the corn beef and sliced it to serve.

  • S05E18 Baked Garlic Butter Pork Loin

    For this recipe, we take thin cut pork loins and season it with vegetable oil, sea salt, black pepper, butter diced up garlic and Italian seasoning. We place the pork loins in a bowl and combine all the seasoning and mix it with a spatula. In the meantime, we take a baking pan and spray butter along the whole thing. Once coated we take them and place it in a baking pan to be cooked in a toaster oven. We turn the toaster oven to three hundred and fifty degrees for twenty minutes. While we wait for that to cook up, we make white rice as the side to accompany the baked garlic butter pork loin. For the white rice we add adobo seasoning, vegetable oil and a bit of parsley flakes and place it in a rice cooker. Once everything is fully cooked, we take the pork loin and side it with the white rice and serve.

    To make this recipe, which is basically meatballs covered in rice hence the name "porcupine meatballs" we take precooked and made meatballs that we season and place into a pot. As the meatballs cook, we add in our ingredients of chopped onions, parsley flakes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, olive oil and a bit of salt. We allow this to fully cook before we add in our tomato sauce into the mix to coat and cover the meatball. At the same time, we clean and take two cups of white rice to cook in our rice cooker. The rice once it is fully cooked will be used to mix in the pot with the meatballs. After the rice is fully cooked and ready, we take a small portion of it and put it into the pot that has meatballs and mix. At this point we turn off the heat take a plate and place the meatballs out using tongues and place it individually without the extra sauce and side it with come white rice. We sprinkle parsley flakes on top for garnishing.

    For this dish, we use cut up cubed ham and medium peeled and deveined shrimp. We take the shrimp and cook it in a pot where we add red peppers, yellow peppers, onions, celery and green onions with a bit of vegetable oil. We allow everything to cook fully and then add in the ham. We allow everything to fully cook. In the meantime, we prepare pre boxed jambalaya rice that we place into our rice cooker and add water and the preseason packet into it. Once the rice has fully cooked, we combine it into the pot that has the shrimp and the ham already cooking. We mix everything together and cook it for another two minutes. Once everything is done, we take a bowl and that we use to mold the rice and place it on a plate. We garnish this with some parsley flakes and place chipotle sauce around for dipping and mixing and then serve it.

    To make this recipe that uses pretzels as one of the main ingredients. We take boneless and skinless chicken breasts that we cut into cubes. We place the chicken into a bowl we add black pepper to it and mix. Then we take flour to coat it and coat all the chicken in the bowl. Once that is done mixing, we use eggs to dip into and coat it with the pretzels. Once all the chicken are finished being coated it’s time to place it onto a baking sheet to be placed in the toaster oven. It is going to go into the oven for twenty minutes on four hundred degrees. In the meantime, we prepare some white rice as a side for when the dish finishes cooking. Once everything is fully cooked, we take out the chicken from the toaster oven and place it on a plate. We use a bowl to mold the rice and place onto the plate while garnishing it with some parsley flakes. The chicken is then placed around the rice and drizzle honey mustard over the rice and the chicken and then serve.

    For this recipe, we take crab meat that we place into a pot. We use a stick of butter to cook the crab meat and add old bay seasoning, parsley flakes, minced shallots which are small onions and minced up garlic. We allow this to cook thoroughly and then add in the mixture of heavy whipping cream to make a creamy sauce for the crab meat. In the meantime, we prepare white rice as the side that is going to accompany the crab meat once it is fully cooked. Once everything has fully finished cooking, we add the rice into a bowl to mold it and place it on plate. We take the crab meat and place it around the rice and garnish it with parsley flakes before we serve it.

  • S05E23 Crispy Baked Scallops

    For this recipe we use scallops as the main ingredient. We take scallops and place onto a paper towel and use another paper towel dry it off. We set the scallops to the side and prepare the mixture that we are going to use to coat the scallops with. In a bowl we add black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes and breadcrumbs and mix. Once that is done, we use an egg for coating and dip the scallop in the gg and the mixture we created. We coat the scallops and place on a baking sheet with sprayed butter and place it in the toaster oven set to three hundred and seventy-five degrees for about twenty minutes. In the meantime, we prepare some white rice that we clean and add adobo seasoning, parsley flakes, water and vegetable oil and place it in our rice cooker. We then place it onto a plate with white rice and place the crispy baked scallops around while spreading chipotle sauce around the plate for dipping and taste. We also garnish the dish with parsley flakes and serve.

  • S05E24 Asian-Style Chicken Salad

    To make this dish, we prepare and place boneless and skinless chicken cutlets into a pot with water. In the meantime, we take romaine lettuce that is cut up into pieces and placed it into a bowl and set it to the side. We also take one package of ramen noodles that we crush up and place it into a bowl to be added to the dish later. As the chicken is cooking up in the pot, once it is fully cooked, we take out the chicken from the pot and use two forks and hands to separate them and make them into shredded chicken. Once all the chicken is shredded up, we take the bowl that the romaine lettuce in, and add the chicken into it. We then add the crumbled-up ramen noodles into it, mix this thoroughly. Once everything is finished, we place this on a plate and drizzle it with ranch dressing and garnish it with some parsley flakes before serving.

  • S05E25 Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken

    For this recipe, we take vegetable oil on a skillet and place our chicken cutlets into. Before doing so sprinkle the chicken cutlets on both sides with black pepper. We allow the chicken to fully cook up on both side for about five minutes each on medium heat. Once the chicken is ready, we add in sazon seasoning to cook up for an additional minute each side. Once that is ready, we add in the ranch dry seasoning to the chicken and place shredded mozzarella cheese on the top of the chicken. We continue to cook until the cheese has fully melted. Once the cheese has melted it comes time to add in the bacon bits to the top of the cheese and then continue to cook for another additional minute before taking the chicken out. In the meantime, we have prepared cut up romaine lettuce that we are going to use as the side dish for the chicken. We take a plate and add the romaine lettuce to placing the chicken on top. We drizzle ranch dressing and garnish with some parsley flakes and bacon bits.

    To make this recipe we use ground turkey as the main ingredient. In a pot we place vegetable oil into and add ground turkey. We season the ground turkey with oregano, parsley flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper. We allow this to fully cook thoroughly. In the meantime, we prepare on the side romaine lettuce that is cut up into pieces, set aside flour tortillas, sliced provolone cheese, pre sliced pickles and a special sauce mixture that is made of ketchup and mayonnaise. We take a flour tortilla that we place a slice of cheese on, then add the ground turkey, romaine lettuce, the cut-up pickles and the special sauce on top. We then roll the bottom part of the tortilla up a little and continue to roll from the left to the right and make it into a wrap. We place a toothpick to hold the rolled-up wrap. We take the wraps and place them onto a plate where we drizzle the special sauce over it and garnish it with some parsley flakes before serving.
