Chimichangas

For this dish, we take ground turkey and while it is cooking in olive oil, red onions, adobo, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chicken bouillon & fried garlic. We mix all of this and allow it to cook fully. Once it is cooked we take it and place it into a soft flour tortilla and add sharp cheddar cheese to it. We fold it into a burrito like wrap and then move it over to a sauce pan that has been prepared with olive oil slowly cooking and cook our burrito on the flap side first. Once one side is cook we flip it and continue to cook the other side until it is cooked and repeat the process for all the others. Once it is fully cooked we plate it and serve it as is.
