Running late for work, Natsumi Tsujimoto makes the attempt to avoid being busted by her soon-to-be partner. A short time later, she's stopped dead in her tracks, trying to avoid hitting a small kitten with her motorized bike. Thinking her decision through, she tells her assigned partner, Miyuki Kobayakawa, that she doesn't think the partnership is going to work because they're two different people. Before she comes to a decision over this a strange, wreckless driver causes some havok with these two new officers as the "Fox" gives them a little more than they bargained for. After defusing the situation, Natsumi agrees to give their partnership a chance. All of this, on Officer Tsujimoto's first day of work.
With a severe storm about to hit the Bokuto Precinct, Natsumi and Miyuki have their hands full with a reckless driver terrorizing the city streets. It seems to happen everytime a typhoon hits the Tokyo area. Dedicated to helping a very sick kitten, whom Natsumi has named chibi, the two policewomen try to figure out why she's sick. Then Miyuki discovers that chibi is pregnant. Meanwhile, Nakajima asks Miyuki for some help which happens to send Yoriko's gossip mill racing into overtime. That help he asks for is to enhance his motorcycle to it will work better in the rain-storm. Miyuki happens to enlist the aid of the gossip-mill, Yoriko and Natsumi into enhancing Nakajima's bike. While Nakajima is racing against the reckless driver, Miyuki and Natsumi are left cleaning up the accidents that the driver is leaving behind. This also has left the two young officers to attend to a pregnant chibi as they attempt to get the small kitten to a vet while Nakajima is left to the driver.
Confusion and gossip collide in Ken and Miyuki's relationship. While Ken's inability to ask Miyuki out continue to surface, the women of Bokuto plot and scheme to get Ken and Miyuki together. Unbeknownst to the women of Bokuto Station, Miyuki is on her way to a reunuion so their plans to get her together with Ken have been crushed. While Miyuki is dealing with her reunion, Natsumi convinces Ken and they both ride after Miyuki. After Natsumi gets herself drunk and decides to spend the rest of the night with Ken, the gossip-mill runs into overtime as the rumors about Natsumi, Miyuki and Ken start flying. This forces the captain to order Ken and Miyuki on a date after the tension between this love triangle to rage.
Bukotou station receives a new officer, Aoi Futaba, who turns out to be an undercover guy who's worked so long as a gal that he's a transvestite now, and a very pretty one at that. The entire station, except for the Chief, is uncomfortable with her presence, but the gang get to see Aoi's true colors when Aoi's old girlfriend arrives asking for help, not knowing who Aoi is.
Chie Sagami-Ono, a former classmate from the police academy is determined to defeat the one person who prevented her from achieving greatness: the clueless Yoriko. Chie challenge Yoriko to a policewoman's duel, of which Miyuki and Natsumi gladly accept to protect their own pride. Will Yoriko be up for the battle, or is she clearly outclassed?
A wave of motor scooter thefts hits the Bokutou district. The squad is also driven crazy by an outrageous woman, known as the Scooter Mama, who is obsessed with rushing off to every short term bargain sale in town, and breaking every traffic law along the way. And when Scooter Mama's scooter is stolen, Miyuki and Natsumi are in for the ride of their life as they attempt to track down the thieves.
In the Christmas season, a wave of burglaries puts Santa Claus at the top of Miyuki and Natsumi's priority list as they try to hunt down the thief and hopefully restore a little girl's faith in Santa Claus. To complicate things, the vigilante hero Strike-Man decides to spread some Christmas cheer of his own as the one and only Santa-Man. Will the duo be able to solve the crime before Christmas arrives and Santa disappears for another year?
Oshou nearly hits a teenage girl who stepped out onto the middle of the road. The teen is Saori Saga, and she is inspired so much by Oshou that she wants to be a priestess. After a similar rescue by Miyuki and Natsumi, Saori decides she'll become a policewoman instead and starts following Miyuki and Natsumi around. Will the squad be able to convince her to put her plans on hold or are they stuck with this stubborn teen for a while?
A pair of con artists convince Strike Man to rob a loan company.
Nakajima and Aoi go undercover to catch a man who slashes red dresses.
Natsumi tries to get her driver's license. Nobody wants to see this happen.
The officers must check on the elderly in the neighborhood, plus look for an imposter robbing the elderly.
Sena's cousin Yuichi comes to town and Sena hatches a plan to use him to get Nakajima and Miyuki closer together.
While out shopping, Miyuki and Natsumi have to deal with a bomb planted somewhere in the mall.
Saori Saga returns, embarking on a crusade to return lost things. However, she gets involved in corporate thievery instead.
After wrecking her bike, Miyuki bans Natsumi from riding. Natsumi then decides to buy a car, but she gets a lemon from a phony dealer. Miyuki feels sorry for her so she decides to modify Natsumi's car.
Natsumi & Miyuki deal with a arrogant pop star who keeps breaking traffic laws.
On his day off the Captain goes to Tokyo Tower, there he runs into a purse snatcher. The thief attempts to flee the observation deck by going outside, but the winds are over 20 meters per second!
The Captain & the Yuske (the boy from the last episode) are trapped on top of the Toyko Tower observation deck. The rest of the precinct try and rescue them.
Maho's kitten disappears and Nakajima, Miyuki and Natsumi try and help find her kitten, as does Strike Man!
Yoriko and Aoi are assigned to capture two thieves robbing people on the Express. However, Aoi keeps arresting molesters!
Shouji Toukairin arrives to update everyones training and Natsumi is determined to outdo everything he comes up with.
The gang all head to the beach for vacation, as does Strike Man, who now calls himself the Beach Volleyball Man!
Yoriko arranges for Nakajima & Miyuki to go on a date at the amusement park. Yoriko, Natsumi, Aoi & the Chief try and spy on them but are quickly caught.
All officers are pulled of the streets after a trio of rogue cops rampage through Bokuto precienct.
The rogues injure Nakajima and Natsumi and together they try and chase the rogues down. Meanwhile the chief tries to get the highways blocked to trap the rogues.
Three kids use a remote helicopter to take embarrassing photos of the precienct.
On a dark and stormy night the chief tells the others about the ghosts haunting the station.
Natsumi, Miyuki and Toukarin travel into the country to deliever a package to Osho's mother.
Tourkairin teaches some boys kendo. Meanwhile the others prepare for another Traffic Safety Class.
Toukairin and Natsumi race to save a boy trapped in an car crash.
The station holds a party for Toukairin's last day.
Inspector Kinoshita arrives and uses Bokoto to create a task force to uncover a luxury car theft ring. While Miyuki is working on the computer, Natsumi has to go on patrol with the Inspector.
The search for the car thieves continue. But with Natsumi transfered Miyuki begins to act like her. Strike Man complicates things as usual.

Goukon is a group date thing that Yoriko gets the gang to try out for a night. Saori doesn’t think it’s appropriate, so the gang spins it around and convince her to go along as an “undercover cop”. It turns out there’s been a purse stealer who’s been frequenting those events. Will Saori be able to do her duty and still have some fun?
A beast has been wreaking havoc by the waterside and the Bokutou station is assigned to chase him. It’s a monkey that Natsumi’s boyfriend has been befriending. They eventually, with his help, are able to find the monkey.
Bokutou station has been modernized to the latest automated police equipment from a robotic vending machine to GPS installations to terminals acting as patrol units. How will the gang deal with the new changes?

A movie star is caught speeding and asks the station for help in allowing him and his girlfriend, who he’s been hiding from the public, to be able to go on a date without the paparazzi hounding them. The gang works out a decoy plan
Strike man is back and helps Natsumi hunt down a recycling information-theft ring
Ken and Miyuki take Honda's daughter Megumi to an amusement park.
Yoriko’s rival is back and challenges her to a flag team competition in the next parade. Yoriko gets Natsumi, Miyuki, Aoi, and Saori involved. In the meantime, there’s a stalker who has the hots for Yoriko!
Honda gets called away for another job, this time a race mechanic, but Megumi forgets to tell him about an upcoming family event (like father-daughter show and tell) at school. Miyuki rushes to the race site to find Honda, but will it be in time?
Miyuki and Natsumi have a roommate situation fight, and Natsumi goes off for a while. Miyuki meets up with some engineers who show her a new robot that can do heavy operations. In the meantime a major earthquake hits the area and the subways are shut down. Natsumi is on the subway by the way.
The gang continue to clear people out of the subway line, but the tunnels are collapsing due to the earthquake aftershocks and water. This blocks out a small group of folks. Will Miyuki be able to save the folks trapped inside, including Natsumi?
A celebrity actress joins the Bokutou police force to practice for her upcoming movie role. Natsumi and her encounter a fake cop that has a self-righteous attitude.
Nakajima rescues a cat and the gang wants to celebrate. He gets drunk and calls Miyuki who’s running late, to propose and ends up telling her he needs more space from her. Whooops! In the meantime, there’s an assignment where Nakajima and Miyuki are forced to couple up undercover to unravel a food cart related car stereo/equipment theft.
Daimaru’s wife Sena shows up at Nakajima’s house, cooking and cleaning. It turns out she and Daimaru had a fight over Daimaru’s forgetting the day they first met. After having Sena over at the gals’ place, the gang try to figure ways for them to get back together. But the couple is strong willed. Nakajima tries to talk Daimaru into apologizing, but he refuses. Nothing seems to be working. Sena goes driving to their special place on Sunday and meets a guy who still likes her and starts driving aggressively against her, but Daimaru then shows up and all is well.
Aoi has been text messaging on the Internet, and now a guy wants to meet her in Tokyo, except he doesn’t know Aoi is a guy. Aoi gets the gang to help chase the guy down
The gang unintentionally break some sealed up box stand in the park and strange things start happening at Bokutou station. There’s a legend of a police woman who haunts the place. Then the lights go out, there’s blood and heads and all sorts of visions. Miyuki and all start freaking out
Chief tells Natsumi that he has something important to tell her in private. Natsumi thinks Chief might still have some feelings for her. So she struggles between her feelings for Chief and her boyfriend who happens to be in town. Eventually, the Chief gets some time alone with her, and it turns out he was recommending Natsumi for a promotion.
Natsumi thinks about her promotion to the special forces. She talks with her boyfriend about it, and he believes that’s what she always wanted and he’ll support her. Miyuki realizes the reality that she could be dependent on Natsumi. Miyuki goes wandering around and ends up at a car parts showcase she sees Honda-san. They have a heart-to-heart talk about what it means to let go for someone’s career.
Natsumi packs and travels to the training grounds of her new job. Miyuki ponders some more and then starts shopping for herself and also for some gifts she can give her friends. Miyuki drops by the Zapper store to give Honda’s daughter Megumi a gift. But Honda just left for the bus station, and Megumi calls his cellphone. Miyuki goes to the bus stop to give the cellphone to Honda. At the bus stop they talk for a while and Miyuki breaks down and cries on Honda’s lap. Nakajima spots only the last part where they are hugging.
Nakajima struggles with the possibility that Miyuki might be in a relationship with Honda-san. He imagines several scenarios where she dumps him. Nakajima tries in some situations to tell her his feelings, but ends up as usual changing the subject. In the meantime, Natsumi returns to Boukutou on special assignment. They all have dinner together, but Nakajima goes off early to think about things more. He goes to a beach and helps some kids catch a hat that’s fallen in the water.
The tension is still increasing between Miyuki and Nakajima. The chief has a new assignment for everyone: to patrol for speeders taking residential road short-cuts that are off-limits during school/daytime hours. After lunch, Natsumi senses there’s still aloofness between Miyuki and Nakajima. She confronts Nakajima but he gets upset and leaves. Natsumi then confronts Miyuki and Miyuki responds with a SLAP! Uh oh.
Following their fallout, Miyuki then requests to be assigned a different partner. Natsumi is partnered with Saori for the rest of the speeders mission. Everyone kind of moves on with their assignment.
The bridge is nearing completion and the gang need to decorate for the opening ceremony.
Nakajima wins a trip to a hot springs resort and musters up enough courage to ask Miyuki out. With the rest of the gang tagging along, will Nakajima finally get to propose?
On the airplane flight back to Tokyo, Miyuki meets and befriends a young boy who seems to be traveling alone. Natsumi has been training with the JSDF Rangers and is on her way back to Tokyo as well. But when Miyuki arrives at Tokyo, a man tries to take the boy, and given the boy’s reaction, it looks like abduction. Miyuki gets the boy back, and makes a run for it by car, but the guy pursues in a black sedan representative of the Yakuza mafia.
As Miyuki and Natsumi get settled back at Bokuto Station, they have to deal with Randy, a billionaire’s 12-year old son who has been pursued by the Yakuza.
Bokuto station gets excited after Detective Tokuno brings over some taiyaki from a popular shop. But the shop is having trouble as someone has been moving cars off the road and stacking them against the wall.
While on routine traffic duty, Aoi and Yoriko spot a girl looking for something in the bushes, but when they are on the way back, they realize they have a big iguana in the back seat! The girl happens to be the owner of the lizard; Miyuki and Natsumi escort the girl back to her apartment which is full of reptiles. One of them, named Shou-kun, is a large snake which takes a liking to Miyuki, and hijinks arise when the duo returns to Bokuto, and the girl finds out Shou-kun has gone missing!
A string of car break-ins has been going on at different public parking lots, and the Chief of Bakuto Station puts everyone on alert. But this time the guy who has been responsible finds a baby that was neglectfully locked in a car. The mom goes into a panic when she comes back and finds her car broken into and the baby missing.
A police officer comes out of retirement to help out with things in Bokuto Station. Apparently the officer knows Aoi from some previous officer work, and since Aoi is still cross-dressing as a woman, the officer tries to turn Aoi into a man by giving him and the entire department some special training. Aoi doesn’t want to change his ways, but he and Natsumi stick with the training.
A taxi cab has been taking advantage of women who have gotten drunk and needed rides home by driving them away from the district and robbing them. Bokuto station has taxi inspections, but are unable to find the culprit. Miyuki uses her detective knowledge to guess a lead on the taxi’s next hit, and Natsumi decides to get drunk as her tactic.
Miyuki and Natsumi realize in all these years, they know very little about their chief’s personal life when they receive a visit from someone that could be his daughter.
Yoriko has been feeling a bit down over her singleness and getting set up on dates by her mom to guys she could care less about. While Miyuki and Natsumi get assigned on a burglary case, Yoriko and Aoi get to give a class presentation on traffic safety to some kids who also discover she is single and make fun of her. She finds a fortune-teller who is somehow able to recognize her problems, but learns soon afterwards of that woman's fate and questions what to do next.
Bokuto Station receives a visit from a research company who is hoping to facilitate the police officer's tasks with some of their latest and greatest robots. They have Miyuki demonstrate manipulating a large robot that could be used for disaster rescues, and Natsumi gets to dress up in a body suit that boosts her muscular power. The robots are demonstrated at a convention but something goes wrong when someone named Doctor Suu shuts them down and brings in another robot.
Ken watches a popular Korean TV drama and gets inspired to write a love letter confession to Miyuki, but has a really hard time finding the right circumstance to do so.
Detective Tokuno of the Criminal Affairs division visits the Chief for a friendly game of Go. Although the Chief always loses, Natsumi decides maybe there is a way for the Chief to win this time and rallies the Traffic department to challenge the Criminal Affairs division to a friendly game of baseball. While the teams play, Tokuno and Chief have their own Go battle again. But where there's baseball, there is bound to be the vigilante hero, Strike-Man!
Illegal garbage dumping hits the Bokuto district. Miyuki and Natsumi help Yoriko and Aoi investigate an abandoned recycling plant that has been overrun with trash, but Yoriko and Aoi have heard rumors that it is haunted.
A white sedan knocks over a woman and her dog. The woman is unconscious but the dog manages to grab a bite out of the suspect's clothing. Miyuki and Natsumi find the dog at the crime scene. Meanwhile, Detective Tokuno reports that a bank has been robbed. Miyuki and Natsumi take the dog with them and find the white sedan that was involved in the hit and run, converging with Tokuno's group. However, the suspects have fled into a large costume parade nearby, so it'll take some animal instinct to figure out who are the culprits.
A film group wants to chronicle the daily life of a Bokuto Traffic department. After following the girls, the Chief, and Ken around, they conclude that the footage is rather droll and routine, so the director comes up with a plan. Miyuki and Natsumi are to be in the final scene, but while they pose, they spot a man on a rooftop about to jump.
Chief informs the gang of a possible bomb threat at the Riverside Mall. The bomb is set to go off during a major shopping event that involves families and kids. Miyuki, Natsumi, Yoriko, and Aoi are assigned to search for the bomb, but they must wear mascot costumes and blend in with the festivities. Miyuki gets to wear the Mushroom costume, and she befriends a five-year-old boy and his younger brother. The younger brother makes off with a car model from a raffle but the older one tells him to return it since it's stealing but they freak out when Nakajima arrives at the scene. Will they find the bomb in time, and what will the boys do?
Natsumi catches a cold and has to stay home to recover. The illness gives Natsumi some really wild dreams including going to a fancy restaurant but realizing they are out of food, and confronting her old nemesis, Strike-Man. Meanwhile, Miyuki and the Bokuto gang search for a Spiderman like guy who has been breaking into apartments.
The Bokuto girls (including Aoi) go on a beach trip for their day off. They also meet up with Saori who is stationed in the North side. Nakajima tries to visit the beach to work on his relationship with Miyuki, or at least see her in a swimsuit, but he gets stuck in traffic. After some volleyball and fun in the water, the girls learn from a beach vendor that some peeping tom has been taking pictures and posting them on the Internet, so the girls help Saori scout for culprits, and set up Miyuki, Natsumi, and even Aoi-chan as bait.
Nakajima and Miyuki undergo some trouble in their relationship.
Miyuki attends a wedding in Okinawa of one of her classmates, and the gang get concerned about whether Miyuki will meet up with one of her first loves. What will Nakajima do?
Bokuto station receives a wave of complaints about a reckless vehicle that emits a mysterious car exhaust fume.
Nakajima gets injured during the pursuit, but he and Miyuki vow to continue after the lead phantom racer.
Miyuki and Natsumi have managed to capture the lead phantom racer. Aoi and Yoriko go on some adventures; will they be the next exciting Bokuto duo?
Natsumi and Miyuki are tasked by the Chief to teach two recruits how things work in the Bokuto Police Station, teaching them the ropes of being a police officer. Meanwhile, Yoriko informs Miyuki that she's the next officer to contribute to a journal in the station, which she gladly accepts.
The spoilt daughter of a famous society figure believes her father’s money gives her the right to drive like a maniac, and although the police chiefs would agree and orders from the top mean Natsumi and Miyuki must apologise, they do so with gusto and a little twist that puts a smile on the male passers by.
Natsumi has long been smitten by the Chief and fails to see through his ploy which lands her and Miyuki on bike safety duty in the local high school. With twenty drooling teens at their feet the girls employ their own brand of tough schooling that endears them to the boys for all the wrong reasons.
Miyuki and Natsumi go on assignment in California and meet a police station crew that looks very similar to the one they have at home. They investigate a car theft ring.
