Meanwhile a investigation into a man called Albert is made because it seems "Albert" is suddenly loaded with cash and Jack suspects "Albert" is getting rich in a non-legal way. Charlie's business goes up and flames and Sue realizes a criminal they are tracking named Renko maybe responsible for the Arson. Sue discovers from the tape that Jack gives her that Drexler, another criminal being tracked is smuggling diamonds from outside the USA and into New York City and Myles and Bobby are both jealous that Sue is helping out. Sue and Jack talk about their pasts to each other while in New York waiting for the bad guys to show up and we learn that Sue lost a friend who was a fellow Skater in an accident. Myles then goes with Sue to find out what may have been shipped as ordered by Simon Decker. Sue & Myles now try to protect the lady who knew the Assassin. When a witness Jack was getting diplomatic immunity for dies due to suicide Sue fears Eve could be killed next.

Sue is asked to find how the woman in the hospital is her connection to the Diplomat. Garrett tells the team that Bobby will be charged under The Foreign Officials Act Of 1978. Sue & Jack to check a shipment from Sudan Jack, Sue & Bobby find the shipment is slaves from Sudan. Darcy brings forensic Evidence to help them solve the case. Andre Roga tells Sue that she saved $2000 to buy her sister back.

Evelyn helps identify the suspect, when the team finds him they learn he is dying because he was exposed to Radiation. Terrell Banks tells Sue he was protecting his brother. The team goes to Professor John Taylor office and learns he has planted a bomb. Jack handcuffed John Taylor to the stairs.

Sue and Lucy learn to sign (not speak at the club.) Sue and the team look at the path of the SUV & the armored truck. Sue feels less pressure because sign language is easier to read. The FBI thinks Dan Jeter may have kept his plans a secret because of his debt problems. Jack tells Sue one of the guards died, Lucy feels left out as Sue gets comfortable with her friends. . Jack gets a DNA sample from Mrs. Jeter after hair was found the van. The FBI thinks Dan was framed to steel the money & later killed and using a fake I.D.

    Sue meets Logan Taylor who says her dad helped catch the hunter Jerome Soggins in the 80's and tells Lucy, Sue and Charlie (who asked Sue for help in solving the case) that her dad told her that the wrong man was convicted. Jack has to give a deposition to clear his name of killing the chicken. Myles & Sue talk to Jerome who was convicted of two murders and had hoped Ben Taylor would clear his name and request a DNA sample and hope to match Jerome's DNA with the old evidence. Sue Myles look for cab drivers picture with an "X" drawn through the picture. Darcy tells Sue Myles and Bobby that the hunter wrote to a reporter but the letters were sold to someone. Logan learns that her dad did love her by keeping letters and pictures.     Sue is asked by someone from high school to attend her wedding, One problem Sue's friend made fun of her. Sue and the gang have to find 5 prisoners that escaped after a prison van and semi truck crashed. As the gang looks for Jed they find that Wendy Stack testified against him because of abuse to wonder why she would visit him after the trial. The team finds out that evil Jed passed through a choke point to keep from finding the diamonds. As the wedding date for Sue's friend draws near Sue doesn't want to have old feelings of how she was treated to come back. Jack tries to cut a deal with someone to find Jed. Sue learns that David can't go to the wedding to attend a flower show. Sue is picked on at the weeding by someone who thinks Levi is a seeing eye dog after Sue explains Levi is a hearing dog. The football player finds out after visiting Sue that he should have stopped people from picking on her and the growing up can be hard to do.

    Sue meets Amanda, who tells her she saw a kidnapping. Everyone has trouble believing the story except Sue. Sue first met Amanda at Career Day some years ago. Myles meets Nora who wants to write a book on him. Sue learns someone died of Ricin poisoning by Castor Beans. To make sure her story is true, Amanda see the kidnappers again (after sneaking out of her home) she plants a tracking device. Tara gets a note that terrorists know where Amanda lives, Amanda's dad wants help in communicating with Amanda. Myles gives Nora an idea for her book, she wants to focus on Amanda and get to know Myles.

    The gang gets word of another shooting making this attack the third one in two days. Jack tells Sue that he was a Sniper before working for the FBI. Sue then gives Jack a report that tells only about the barrel of the gun used but not the type of gun used. Just as Jack goes to rest he learns the Mayor was shot. When Jack gives a press conference he gets the idea to make himself a target in hopes catching the sniper. Sue goes to the dance with David, but Jack doesn't want Sue to worry about the case.

As Sue tries to read Joseph's lips, Jack finds himself in love with Sue. Jack learns Sue is a great cook. Levi also falls in love. Miles hurts his car while tracking Joseph. The man Sue & Jack are tracking is assuming a dead man named Joseph who died in 1996 of a heart attack. Myles learns that one of the Virginia College students is planning to spread Bubonic Plague all over Washington D.C.

Lucy comes home to the smell of smoke leaving Lucy and Sue wondering why they smell smoke. Alice (Lucy's Grandmother) thinks the oven caused the smoke. In other news Levi lost his little companion Bunny in the end they cant find it so the F.B.I chip in to get Levi a new Bunny.

    In this episode the team tries to stop a terrorist attack on Washington D.C. As Jack tries to stop the Al Qaida leader Jack learns that his methods come into question when a Civil Rights complaint is filed against him. Jack learns that his methods come into question. The suit against Jack claims that he used racial profiling to arrest the suspect. Now Jack faces the possibility that he will lose his job with the F. B. I. Jack meets with the suspects lawyer to warn her that if she reads her client's note she may open a sleeper cell that may trigger the terrorist attack. Tara begins a relationship with Stanley who will help Sue figure out the hidden messages the suspect is sending.     Sue tries to help a holocaust survivor find the man that killed her parents 60 years ago. Sue realizes that the case soon becomes personal for her after learning what Helga suffered as a result of being in a concentration camp. Sue learns that 60% of the estimated 6 million Jews that were killed were also considered " Detective " because of being deaf or having some other kind of handicap. Helga tells Sue that a man named Otto Zimmer killed her parents. As Helga and Sue are playing cards Otto Zimmer is spotted outside Sue Jack and Helga trying to run after the cab to catch him. Helga describes for Sue and Jack what the past 60 years were like for her and realizing that she not only saw her parents and sister killed, she also learns that even the capture of the man that took the lives of her parents and sister are only just the beginning of healing 60 years worth of pain.

    Sue meets Jack and Bobby 's mentor who comes to Washington D.C. to ask for help in tracking a suspect whom Wes Kenner believes brought weapons grade uranium into Washington. Jack, Bobby, and Sue must try to track him down before the uranium is used to make a bomb. Dimitrius acts as a relief supervisor for Ted Garrett who is on vacation. Dimitrius gets in trouble for giving the go ahead to take over see case that began in Washington D.C. 's jurisdiction. Larson doesn't like the way Dimitrius is handling the case due to his lack of experience in dealing with the Russians. The team must go to court to make an appeal to have the case kept in Washington D.C. 's jurisdiction. Tara learns that Jack and Bobby's mentor faked his own death.     Sue does some digging into Troy's past only to learn that Tory's brother Ben came back into his life. Sue and Jack head to the local gas station to tell Troy that his brother Ben will be a dinner guest Tory doesn't like the idea. Also Bobby continues to perform at The Black Dragon and stop The Scorpions (a Chinese gang) from delivering heroin to The Black Dragon. Troy gets to meet his brother's wife and his son who is deaf Troy figures that his brother just wants something from him because of his handicap. Troy is angry because his brother walked out on him as a little boy.

    Sue and Jack investigates why someone went on a shooting spree that killed several economists. Tara learns that several files are missing from Hammer Dynamics from the back up server. Sue, Jack, and Bobby go where they think Dan Malone might be. As they continue to track Dan Malone's whereabouts Jack gets shot and Sue comes to check on him only to be kidnapped by the suspect. Jack issues an Amber Alert (which helps locate missing persons by putting information on television, street signs) to find Sue. Sue tries to gain her captors trust by getting Dan to tell her information about the shooting and try to convince him that the FBI was shooting at someone else.

    Jack gets a new case for the team to solve. Jack and the team must Tony convict Hill for killing an FBI agent. Jack learns that Tony Hill is getting out of prison after serving 5 years of his prison sentence. Jack asks cousin Sal to get a confession out of Tony about the murder of the FBI agent. As the team digs up more evidence to convict Tony Hill for the murder of Shep they undercover another murder that took place in 1999. Cousin Sal is found dead in his hotel room due to a drug overdose. Jack learns that the District Attorney will let Tony Hill out again because there isn't enough evidence to charge him with both murders.

    Sue and Jack go undercover at law firm to find out why a lawyer and judge were murdered that the only connection the team has to go on is that the judge and lawyer worked for the same law firm. Myles mentions another connection his sister Ann also works at the same law firm. Myles takes the opportunity to reconnect with his sister while trying to uncover who was behind the murders. Ann tells Jack and Myles that Hillary was using a computer program where dates and other things were tracked. Jack learns that Brian Peyton was the hit man behind the murder of James Radley.

After the team finds the man Otis has been working for Adam requests to see the dead body he learns that looking at a dead body may be harder than he thinks. Adam begins to fall in love with Tara. Things begin to get scary when the team learns that a plane flew into restricted airspace over Washington D.C. and suddenly goes missing after the pilot turns off so the plane can't be spotted.

    The Deputy Attorney General has a problem with Jack's handling of the latest case. Jack wants to transport someone who may have possible information on a terrorist attack from Malaysia to the United States. The deputy attorney general denies Jack's request because he fears Jack maybe bringing a terrorist into the United States. Meanwhile Adam Kinsey of " final flight gets unprecedented access to continue researching his role as an FBI agent. The unprecedented access gives the team problems when his personal gets in the way. Things get slightly more complicated for Tara when Stanley her old boyfriend returns to help crack the code of a possible terrorist plot from " the king of terror."

    For latest case Sue wants to get into the mind of the serial killer but this case but this case could end her career with the FBI. Things begin to get difficult after Sue get national attention from a newspaper for promising to catch the killer. The first murderer is of a talk-show host whose fingernails were removed and her body was positioned with great care. She was also wearing a scarf. Sue begins doing some research on serial killers minds and how they work. The killer begins chatting with Sue on the Internet and asks her to play a game of " Simon says " the serial killer requests that she, alone and play the game, if she doesn't dwell women might die.

    Sue runs into an old friend at a deaf and poetry reading. Sue invites Carol to spend time with her and Lucy. Her husband Ted who is a financial money manager keeps Carol from spending time with Sue and Lucy. Leaving Lucy and Sue to wonder if everything is OK between Carol and Ted. Bobby and Myles have the displeasure of escorting Howie and Otis to a case out of town because they are informants in the case. As Bobby and Myles continue on their way to Arizona they learn something about Howie. He won't go to Arizona by plane because of his fear of crashing the plane so that forces Bobby and Myles to drive to Arizona. Tara and Lucy learn that Carol wasn't telling them whole truth. They find out that Ted made a lot of money. They also learn Carol had markings consistent with spousal abuse before, leading Sue, Lucy, Jack, and Tara to believe Carol pushed husband off the boat.

    Sue and the team get a highly sensitive case to solve. Senator Fenton requests that the death of his son Kyle be looked into. He tells the team that his son died due to drinking himself to death fraternity initiation. The medical examiner's report on Kyle rules out alcohol poisoning but states that he was allergic peanut oil. Now the team is looking at a homicide and not a simple hazing. Also Sue and Lucy let Amanda stay with them for the night they get an idea of what parenting is like. As the help Amanda deal with going on a date and then being rejected at school. Amanda gets a harsh lesson to learn. She finds out that friends are hard to come by because she is deaf.

    Sue and Jack receive a memory stick with some interesting video of to man possibly plotting something. Sue and Jack set out to meet the couple that bought the memory stick to the FBI. When Sue and Jack go the hospital to meet Jonathan they soon have a problem. Johnson is asked to look at a picture of to man and see if he recognizes them, Jonathan unfortunately can only remember his name and nothing else. Jack takes Jonathan to places to see if he can remember anything. Jack takes him to a restaurant and a certain table but the only thing he seems to remember is how to someone to the ground. Jonathan tells Jack that he can't remember where he learned those particular moves. The team takes Jonathan to his hotel room to see if he can remember why he was there. As they begin to search through the mysterious man's belongings they find a suitcase full of money and a gun with a silencer on it and several passports with Johnson's picture on them.     We last left the story with Jack and Jessica running into each other in Washington D.C. for the first time. Jessica tells the team that Jonathan wasn't going to be found unless he wanted the team to find him. The team is led to believe that Jonathan killed Mr. Wells and took the hard drive out of his computer. Things only begin to get crazy as Jonathan begins to remember things. Sue gets a message on her blackberry indicating Jonathan would like to talk with her about some things he has remembered. He tells her he remembers seeing a car with license plate. As Sue tries to get more information the team is tracking Jonathan to office building. Jessica gets rather angry when the team loses Jonathan due to his escape from the office building just as he was about to remember something more. Tara begins to discover something interesting about Mr. Wong files that indicates a patriot missile targeting system.

Sue tries to help a young woman named Lily get to know her parents better after they began noticing strange behavior in their daughter. Lilly's parents tried to kidnap Lily said she wouldn't go back to Mind Profit. Sue investigates mind profit and tries to find her self. Sue begins to ask Lily about the dead women. Malcolm Hayden begins to think Sue knows too much and kidnaps her.

He asks her for some help with woman he is about to meet there is one problem in the correspondence Randy and his date have shared over the computer she forgot to tell Randy she was deaf. Sue now has to accompany Randy on his date to help him with the sign language.

    Jack runs into a bounty hunter named Joe who used to work at the FBI until his daughter died. He blames Jack for his daughter's problems. Although the team searches for Fantasia (a new designer drug) Levi learns that he will grace the box of the latest dog food only to learn that it isn't so easy to do. Sue and Lucy begin the have problems with the photographer that has chosen to photograph Levi. Sue and Lucy learn that Levi will have to compete with the photographer's dog in order to be included in the latest dog calendar.

    Sue learns that Troy is being blamed for armed robbery. Sue and Jack set out to prove whether he was part of the armed robbery or not. Darcy has gotten a job in Los Angeles and asks that Bobby go with her to Las Angeles. Bobby and his girlfriend both realize that they've each made the decision regarding Darcy's news. Bobby and Tara begin a relationship with each other. They soon find out that they have lost their love for their respective partners. Troy insists that he didn't do anything in the armed robbery. Sue tells Troy she believes him. Troy insists that he didn't do anything in the armed robbery. Sue tells troy she believes him. After the FBI learns of new video of the armed robbery Sue finds out Troy misled her because he is in the video.

    Sue meets a woman who says she saw a murder but the only problem is there are sure whether Beth heard or saw the murder. Sue and Jack find out that their witness is schizophrenic and gives them clues in strange metaphors making the case all the more complicated to figure out. Also the team gets a new acting supervisor named Wayne. Their new supervisor begins to drive them crazy when one begins to color code all their cases. He places the current case as a low priority case. They soon find out that Wayne has never even solved an FBI case in his life.

    Sue and the team investigate a bank robbery but this bank robbery becomes a little more interesting than the team expected. They find out that the bank they are investigating was robbed several years earlier. This time they learn that three girls have robbed the bank, which begins to seem strange to the team. When they robbed the bank they stole shoulder pads and one of the girls is the daughter of the president of the bank that was being robbed. Lucy has a mystery of for a long to figure out after her grandmother gives her a jewelry box. When the team opens the box to find out what it contains they are all very surprised at what falls out of the box. Lucy learns that the letters her grandmother kept were from her first love named Oscar. Sue and Lucy decide to track down Oscar because he still wants to see Lucy's grandmother. Lucy is shocked when her grandmother learns of her surprise.

    In the series finale Sue Thomas gets promoted to senior investigative analyst for the F.B.I. Sue is thrilled with the promotion but soon realizes that heading to New York City would mean leaving her friends. Jack becomes a victim of identity theft and feel sad when he learns of Sue is promotion. While trying to catch the person who's committing identity theft Jack realizes that he was almost shot at and might never have gotten to say goodbye to Sue.
