Sue and the team begin tracking people who illegally entered the country on a fake Visas. After they find the person they're looking for they learn he is a barely alive because his kidney was taken. Lucy and Sue invite Lucy's cousin to stay for a few days, soon Lucy and Sue find it difficult to tell Anita to leave.

Sue et son équipe s'intéressent aux clandestins entrant sur le territoire américain munis de visas falsifiés. En mettant la main sur la personne qu'ils recherchaient, les agents découvrent qu'il tient à peine en vie à cause de la perte d'un rein. Finalement, ce délit en cache un autre, encore plus inquiétant, un trafic d'organes humain à échelle mondiale. De leur côté, Lucy et Sue invitent la cousine de Lucy, Anita, à rester quelques jours chez elles...
