Kenji Utsumi

Affiliated with the self-founded Ken Production. He was married to fellow seiyuu Nomura Michiko. He is best known for his roles in Fist of the North Star (as Raoh), Fist of the North Star 2 (as Kaioh), Dr. Slump and Arale-chan (as Senbei Norimaki), the Dragon Ball series (as Shinryuu, Recoome and the Tenkaichi Budoukai announcer) and Sally, the Witch (as Sally's Papa).
