Season 12

In der letzten Staffel waren Sam und Dean Winchester mit ihrer größten Herausforderung konfrontiert: die allmächtige Darkness und Schwester von Gott, der ihre Mutter zum Leben erweckt hat. In der 12. Staffel müssen sie sich nicht nur mit dem entflohenen Luzifer und den britischen Männern der Schriften abfinden, sondern nach all diesen Jahren wieder lernen, was es heißt, eine Familie zu sein.

In the show’s eleventh season, Sam and Dean Winchester faced their greatest challenge yet: the all-powerful Darkness, better known as the sister of God. Freed from her prison by Dean, she threatened all of creation, until God (with the help of Sam, Dean, Castiel and Crowley), made amends with her. Before they left Earth, however, they restored Sam & Dean’s mother, Mary Winchester, to life. In Season Twelve, the Winchesters must not only contend with an escaped Lucifer and the British Men of Letters (who’ve come to end their hunting days), but they’ll also have to relearn what it is to be a family again after all these years.

Sam et Dean doivent affronter la branche britannique des Hommes de Lettres qui souhaite étendre son influence sur l'Amérique. Dans le même temps, ils vont gérer le retour de leur mère à la suite de sa résurrection par Amara. Castiel et Crowley se lancent à la poursuite de Lucifer qui a survécu lors de l'affrontement de l'équipe contre les Ténèbres, afin de le neutraliser une bonne fois pour toutes.
