The sixth season of the National Heads-Up Poker Championship was filmed in 2010 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Some of poker's best players and brightest stars were part of the 64-entrant field, and included defending champion Huck Seed and runner-up Vanessa Rousso, along with previous champions Phil Hellmuth, Ted Forrest, Paul Wasicka, and Chris Ferguson. Also in the field are WSOP champions Doyle Brunson, Chris Moneymaker, Jamie Gold, Scotty Nguyen, Joe Hachem, Greg Raymer, Peter Eastgate, Jerry Yang, Joe Cada, and Johnny Chan, alongside poker stars Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey, Jason Mercier, Patrik Antonius, Erik Seidel, Sammy Farha, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Laak, Tom Dwan, and Gus Hansen.
