While onboard a luxury liner, Joe Jitsu is called by Dick Tracy via his two-way wrist radio to find and capture Sketch Paree and The Mole. The two have hidden away on the ship with a rare pearl. Finding and overpowering the two villains, Joe turns them over to the captain.
Dick Tracy sends Heap O'Calory after two counterfeiters - Oodles and The Brow.
Pruneface and Itchy are stealing oysters from the city's shores and stockpiling the shellfish in an attempt to monopolize the oyster stew market. Dick Tracy sends Joe Jitsu to stop them. With the help of a friendly octopus, Joe brings Prune Face and Itchy to justice.
Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables after two bandits - Mumbles and Stooge Villa - who have robbed a retired millionaire.
Cheater Gunsmoke is stealing cigars and cigarettes from Grumbles Department Store. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to stop him. After a long chase across the country, Cheater is trapped in his own gimmick -a pool of hard stick glue.
Pruneface and Itchy try to take over the Peanut market but Heap O'Calory foils them at Corny Island.
While out for an afternoon drive, Joe Jitsu receives an urgent call from Dick Tracy. Stooge Villa and Mumbles have stolen a racecar- the Spumoni Special- from the city's racetrack. The pair plans to hold the car for ransom. Trailing the two fiends, Joe chases Stooge and Mumbles until he corners them and turns them over to Tracy.
Sketch Paree and The Mole are plotting to steal the rare painting titled "The Purple Boy." Officer Heap O'Calory heads for the museum and foils the villains with his supply of apples.
The Brow and Oodles are robbing the payroll at Grumbles department store. Officer Heap O'Calory foils the crooks by dumping them down the gift wrapping chute and turns them over to Dick Tracy.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles are hitting the city's banks in a stolen tank. Dick Tracy assigns Officer Heap O'Calory to stop them. O'Calory falls from the top of the water tower and breaks it open, which rusts the tank. He knocks the two crooks out cold and turns them over to Tracy.
Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables are after B.B. Eyes and Flattop for robbing The Able Sable Fur Co. Trailing them to a deserted farm. They find some skunks among the stolen fur pieces and use the stinky animals to capture the crooks.
Dick Tracy gets a call. Mumbles and Stooge Villa are making counterfeit $3 and $7 bills (with a two-way stretch) in a remote mountain cabin. Tracy contacts Joe Jitsu and puts him on the job. Joe hops a plane and as it flies over the cabin, he jumps out to confront the money-makers.
The Brow and Oodles are stealing the city's cattle and selling them on the black market. Dick Tracy Sends Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables to stop them. With the aid of a feisty steer, Hemlock captures the pair and takes them into custody, Western style.
Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to guard a rare cat at the cat show. Stooge Villa and Mumbles try to steal the priceless feline, but the detectives foil the villains and turn them over to Dick Tracy.
Dick Tracy sends Joe Jitsu to the Himalayas to stop Flattop from using the Snow Monster to commit his crimes.
Joe Jitsu flies out to Hawaii to follow up on a report of two crooks who attempted to steal the jewel off Diamond Head. He finds out that the culprits are Stooge Villa and Mumbles. Joe foils the pair and turns them over to the authorities.
The Brow and Oodles are preparing to steal a large tower clock of its jeweled settings. Dick Tracy sends Officer Heap O'Calory to stop the villains.
The Brow and Oodles steal Dr. Von Schnooker's notebook so that they can use the mad scientist's invisibility formula. Joe Jitsu follows the twosome and, after drinking the formula himself, the invisible cop manipulates the crooks into drinking a diluted version of the solution. Suddenly, the crooks are only half-invisible, and are easily caught by Dick Tracy.
The Brow and Oodles have escaped from Sing Song Prison in two souped-up electric chairs. Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables chase the two escaped cons to the local ice house. There, Holmes keeps the pair on ice until Tracy takes them back to jail.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles are trying to invent a new super gas that will render their victims completely helpless. With such a gas, the pair can commit their crimes without any interference from Dick Tracy and his police detective squad. Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables to stop the two thugs. Stooge and Mumbles decide that it's time to test their new super gas on the cops. They fire their tear gas, only to find out that the formula for super tear gas is nothing more than a recipe for onion soup. Hemlock and his men capture the pair and turn them over to Dick Tracy.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles have stolen the payroll from a theater co. Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to stop them. Hemlock and his men route the crooks, only to be told by Tracy that the monies that the fiends stole was little more than stage currency.
B.B. Eyes and Flattop are stealing the circus's rare flea collection. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables follow the crooks and stop them by letting the fleas loose.
Sketch Paree and The Mole plot to steal a rare man-eating plant. Joe Jitsu foils their plans by having the plant catch the fiends and hold them for Dick Tracy.
Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu the case of stopping The Brow and Oodles. The pair are planning to steal Dr. Von Schnooker's brain transfer device.
Pruneface and Itchy are stealing from the penny arcades in the city. Officer Heap O'Calory is sent to thwart them. An anti-theft gumball machine eventually stops the two thieves.
Officer Heap O'Calory finds out that Pruneface and Itchy have taken over the bank and plan to rob it. O'Calory foils the two fiends and turns them over to Dick Tracy.
Dick Tracy receives a report that someone is breaking into Grumble's Department Store. He sends Officer Heap O'Calory to investigate the situation. The cop finds out that Cheater Gunsmoke is stealing the store's supply of cigarettes. Heap manages to capture the crook and bring him to justice.
Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to stop Pruneface and Itchy from committing robberies with a souped-up boomerang.
Pruneface and Itchy are using the Sphinx in Egypt as their headquarters for a spy ring. Dick Tracy sends Joe Jitsu to expose the ring. He not only gains evidence, he also captures the two fiends and turns them over to Tracy and the local authorities.
Joe Jitsu goes after Mumbles and the other bad guys who are stealing a ship.
B.B. Eyes is stealing all of the city's trading stamps. Then he extorts a fortune from the trading stamp center to get their stamps back. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables trail the villain to a trading stamp center, where they manage to capture and seal B.B. Eyes' fate by covering the villain's eyes with an entire pad of trading stamps.
Stooge Villa And Mumbles have just robbed Gitler's Jewelry store and they're hiding out on building that is under construction. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchable Squad follow them and they manage to capture them by tossing them into a cement mixer.
Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu go after crooks Mumbles and Stooge.
Sketch Paree and The Mole have stolen a prize elephant from a well-to-do sultan. Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to find the elephant and capture the crooks. He finds the elephant hidden inside one of the city's best hotels. After rousting Sketch Paree and The Mole, Joe Jitsu contacts Dick Tracy and turns the two crooks over to his superior.
B.B. Eyes and Flat Top are robbing a train of its cash and cargo. Hemlock Holmes and The Retrouchable Squad are sent by Dick Tracy to stop them.
Having trouble in getting his stolen gold brick back to his new hideout, Flattop decides to work out at the local gym. Unfortunately for Flattop, Joe Jitsu is also working out at the gym. Jo tricks the villain into going into the steam room with his gold brick. Before long, Flattop is turned into a gold statue.
B.B. Eyes and Flattop are stealing the city's supplies of bowling balls and extorting the bowling ball makers to pay them a fortune. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to foil the villains. They do so by trapping the crooks inside their own bowling pins' setup device.
A robbery at The Tiny Tot Shop is being reported to Dick Tracy. He sends Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to solve the crime. The thieves turn out to be Stooge Villa and Mumbles... disguised as a little boy and a baby. The squad finally corners the duo and turns them over to Tracy.
Sketch Paree and The Mole are in India trying to steal the Ruby Of Hamistan, the world's most valuable ruby. Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu are sent to India to foil the two villains.
Hemlock Homes and the Retouchables are sent in to protect a priceless Platterpuss from Platavia.
Pruneface and Itchy are stealing from the city's parking meters with a magnet on a mobile crane. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables are assigned to capture the two thieving vandals. The villains drop their magnet, and their truck is caught by their own evil weapon.
Hemlock Holmes chases jewel thieves- Mumbles and Stooge Villa- and runs into all sorts of very funny problems.
Joe Jitsu prevents Pruneface and Itchy from destroying the city's major newspaper. At the end of the cartoon, Detective Jitsu reads the climax of the story that is printed in the newspaper's comics section.
Sketch Paree and the Mole are robbing wealthy old women. Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to stop them. Disguised as an elderly widow, the detective routs the pair and turns them over to Tracy.
The Brow and Oodles have kidnapped Dick Tracy. They plan to use him to test a new device to get rid of nosey cops. Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables arrive just in time to save their superior.
Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to head to Mexico to find out who is fixing the bullfights there. It turns out that the fights are being fixed by B.B. Eyes and his new henchman- or henchbull- Big Bully. Using his self-defense techniques, Joe foils the villains and brings them back to the U.S.A.
Sketch Paree and The Mole have taken over an Air Force Rocket for the purpose of creating a crime syndicate on the moon. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes And The Retouchable Squad to stop them. Hemlock and his men give chase in another rocket. They foil the pair and turn them over to the Moon's authorities.
Tracy sends Joe Jitsu to Venice, Italy to solve the statue stealing case.
Mumbles steals the big bomb, so Hemlock Holmes and Dick Tracy are out to save the day.
Hemlock Homes goes out to the docks to nab The Brow and Oodles from a fish scam.
Disguised as two elevator repairmen, Stooge Villa and Mumbles attempt to break into the Fleabag Hotel's vault. The hotel is missing its elevator. Getting a report of strange activities, Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to investigate. But Stooge and Mumbles grab the detective and force him to help them break into the hotel's safe. Making a radio call to his superior, Go Go asks Tracy to send a patrol wagon outside the hotel. In short order, Stooge and Mumbles are caught again.
The Brow and Oodles are corralling swamp alligators in an attempt to control the alligator bag manufacturing industry. Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables set out to round up the racketeers.
Dick Tracy finds out that Pruneface is going to spring his henchman Itchy from Rock Island Prison. Tracy Sends Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables to stop them. After a long and wild helicopter chase, Hemlock and his men finally capture the pair and return them to Rock Island Prison.
The Brow and Oodles are using Lighthouse Point to guide black market ships into safe harbor. Go Go Gomez is assigned to investigate and apprehends the culprits.
The Brow and Oodles have taken over The Vile Inn and turned it into a crooked gambling casino. Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to stop them. Painting his car with invisible paint, Jo foils the two villains and hands them over to Tracy.
Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables out to the docks to find out who is smuggling diamonds in and out of the U.S. Brow and Oodles are smuggling the gems inside bushels of bananas. The squad foils the pair by grabbing them and their booty on a crane.
Joe Jitsu is assigned to protect a million dollar gold shipment on the Casbah Express from Sketch Paree and The Mole,
Dick Tracy and Hemlock Holmes find out that Stooge Villa and Mumbles have kidnapped the Retouchables. The two villains phone Tracy and Hemlock, and warn them that if the city officials don't capitulate to their demands within 24 hours, the Retouchables will be killed. The two detectives head for Stooge and Mumbles' hideout, where they rout the pair and free their colleagues.
The Brow and Oodles are south of the border.. fixing horses races. Their plan involves having an ostrich posing as a horse. Go Go Gomez foils them when he causes the ostrich to stick his head into the sand.
Sketch Paree and The Mole are hypnotizing well-to-do customers at the amusement park, and then taking all their money. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to the park, disguised as a multimillionaire, to foil the two crooks. Sketch finally corners his prey and begins to put Gomez under his evil influence. Tracy comes on the scene and places a mirror in front of the villain's eyes. Soon, Sketch Paree is under his own trance, and is completely unconscious.
A pair of aliens from outer space are committing robberies in various American cities. Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to find and stop the aliens. The two space robbers are actually Oodles and The Brow in disguise. Joe captures the two crooks and turns them over to Tracy.
The captain and divers of a cargo ship searching for buried pirate treasure are being killed by Pruneface, Itchy and their pet shark Cuddles. Dick Tracy and Go Go Gomez head for the ship. There Go Go foils the two crooks and their pet shark and together Go Go and Tracy take the trio into custody.
The Mole and Sketch Paree pose as Dick Tracy to rob city banks.
Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to Scotland to stop The Brow and Oodles from ripping off the local citizens by showing off a fake Loch Ness Monster (which is simply a hideous-looking rubber inflatable toy). Unable to get rid of Go Go, the two crooks try to deflate their rubber toy and make off with their booty. But Oodles inadvertently sticks a pin into the hide of the real Loch Ness Monster, and the creature sends the two villains right into the hands of Dick Tracy, Go Go Gomez and the Scottish authorities.
The Brow and Oodles are operating a diamond smuggling ring in Holland. The pair hide their booty inside wooden shoes. Go Go Gomez heads for Holland and stops the crooks.
B.B. Eyes is released from prison after serving time for a bank robbery. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez on his trail to recover the missing loot.
Pruneface And Itchy have been creating and selling counterfeit wedding rings made from the debris of the shooting gallery at the city's amusement park. Dick Tracy sends in Joe Jitsu, who quickly captures the crooks and their fence One Penny Benny.
Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to Alaska to stop a gold smuggling operation run by Pruneface and Itchy.
Mumbles and Stooge Villa are being tried for fraud. During the course of the trial, Stooge Villa escapes from the courthouse. On orders from Dick Tracy, Go Go Gomez goes after the escapee. And after inflating the tires of the crook's car, Gomez flies Villa back to the courthouse to face the music.
The Brow and Oodles are trying to create a new super rubber formula that they plan to use to create a crime wave. Joe Jitsu tries to stop them. In the end, the pair are foiled by Oodles, who stupidly drinks the formula, turning himself into a fat rubber man who is easily bested by the detective.
Sketch Paree and the Mole have taken over a Mississippi showboat and turned it into an illegal gambling vessel. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to stop the two thugs. With the help of a custom slot machine (replete with machine gun firing lever), Go Go apprehends the pair and turns them over to the authorities.
B.B. Eyes And Flattop are using a phony music school to sell their illegal fireworks to the mob. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to stop the pair.
Sketch Paree is training a falcon to steal from vacationers in the mountains. Tracy assigns Go Go Gomez to stop him. The little detective foils the wily crook by drawing a plan to have the falcon fly Paree back to the city.
Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes & The Retouchables to stop B.B. Eyes and Flattop who are running an illegal horse race betting operation in a Laundromat.
B.B. Eyes and Flattop kidnap the Great Whodunit, a famous magician and escape artist. The pair are forcing the entertainer to teach them his escape secrets so that they can commit crimes without any interference from Dick Tracy and his squad. Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to avert this catastrophe. He does so by tricking the crooks into placing their fingers into Chinese finger cuffs.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles have committed another robbery, and they're trying to escape by climbing up a skyscraper that's under construction. Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables follow the two villains up the building's framework. They finally capture the pair inside a cement mixer.
Go Go Gomez is assigned to investigate mysterious sounds emanating from beneath the Hotel Havoc. He stumbles on to Stooge Villa and Mumbles as they attempt to dig their way into the hotel's basement vault.
The Mole has stolen Captain Kidd's logbook. Heading off for the Florida Keys, he plots to use a secret map hidden within the book to find and steal the pirate's treasure. Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu fly out to Florida to thwart The Mole.
Flattop and B.B. Eyes have escaped from prison. In order to make their getaway easier, the two crooks kidnap Dick Tracy and they taken him on flight 22; they plan to drop him into the sea. Tracy contacts Go Go Gomez on his wrist radio using Morse code. Go Go has the airport's radio operator intercept the code and the airlines pilots help save Tracy from the duo.
The Brow and Oodles have stolen Dr. Von Schnooker's supply of shrinking pills. The pair plots to have Oodles (now shrunk to the size of a mouse) break into Spiffany's Jewelry Store and steal all of the store's gems. With the aid of a cat, a diminutive Joe Jitsu foils the fiends and turns them over to Dick Tracy.
Sketch Paree is using hypnosis to manipulate innocent victims into committing crimes. Hemlock Holmes is sent to the theater, where Sketch is posing as a stage entertainer, to stop him. But the crafty fellow uses his powers to hypnotize the cop into stealing cash from the First National Bank. Tracy realizes that his assistant is in trouble. He heads for the theater, where he saves Hemlock and captures Sketch Paree.
The Mole goes underground at a golf course, where he steals golf balls and golf clubs just to sell them back to the pro shop. This gets Tracy's attention. Instead of doing any of the work himself, he calls on Hemlock Holmes.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles have fixed the big rooster fight between Killer Cock and Skinny Kitty. The villains feed knock-out pills to the champ so he'll fall asleep and loose to the challenger. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to stop them. Go Go foils the pair by feeding knock out pills to Stooge Villa and Mumbles.
Disguised as a mother and her child in Halloween costumes, Sketch Paree and The Mole are stealing from local merchants. Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to stop the crooks. Jo follows the two villains to their lair, where he subdues them and turns them over to Tracy.
Sketch Paree and The Mole have stolen a secret weapons- a collection of super bombs disguised as apples- and are hiding in the sewers of Paris. The crooks give Joe Jitsu one of the bombs, which creates a massive explosion that causes a flood that sends the trio into the river and into the hands of Dick Tracy and the authorities.
B.B. Eyes and Flattop try to take an old Western town from its sole owner. Dick Tracy and Go Go Gomez regain the town for the elderly gentleman.
Dick Tracy and Go Go Gomez set out to foil Sketch Paree and The Mole, who are peddling worthless medicine to the elderly.
Pruneface and Itchy have stolen the U.S. Government's experiential jet, the XYZ-15. Dick Tracy send Joe Jitsu to stop the fiends. Jitsu clobbers he crooks but he can't fly the plane. Tracy tries to talk Joe down. Joe lands safely in a haystack and turns the crooks over to Tracy.
Pruneface and Itchy are using an old castle on a South Sea isle to create and utilize a dangerous collection of atomic explosives for world conquest. Dick Tracy and Go Go Gomez head for the isle. There Go Go, clad in medieval amour, foils the two fiends and turns them over to Tracy and the local authorities.
Dick Tracy assigns Go Go Gomez to stop Stooge Villa and Mumbles. The pair, disguised as family photographers, are stealing from wealthy patrons.
Sketch Paree tries to force a Latin American prize fighter to throw a boxing match with The Mole. Noticing that he resembles the prize fighter, Go Go Gomez takes over from the boxer and beats The Mole in the ring.
Dick Tracy assigns Go Go Gomez to investigate why output from an oil field in Texas has stopped. He soon discovers the nefarious Mole and Sketch Paree are siphoning black gold from the Ala Mode Oil Company.
Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu are assigned to the pickpocket detail at the Mardi Gras in New Orleans. There, Jo prevents Pruneface and Itchy- disguised as a kangaroo and an octopus- from stealing from the well-to-do revelers.
Pruneface has created a robot that he plans to use to kidnap Dick Tracy. Once in his control, Pruneface will extract the law enforcer's crime-fighting secrets via a brain transfer device. Seeing that his commander is in trouble, Go Go Gomez quickly places the headpiece of the device on the villain's head.
Alerted that Pruneface and Itchy have escaped from prison, Dick Tracy, Go Go Gomez and their police dog The Nose trail the villains to The Crooked Horn Inn. There, The Nose captures the two fiends and helps send them back to jail.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles have kidnapped Hemlock Holmes and The Retouchables and the fiends plan to send them to the moon in a stolen rocket. Jo Jitsu and Dick Tracy Save Hemlock and his men from the evil pair.
The Brow and Oodles are robbing the city's lumberyard. Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes to prevent the theft, but the fiends capture the cop. They tie him to a buzz saw. Realizing that a member of his squad is in trouble, Tracy heads out to the yard and saves Hemlock by turning off the machine with a trick shot. The Brow and Oodles are captured in a logjam.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles are making- and using!- counterfeit cash in Alaska. Dick Tracy sends Joe Jitsu to foil the crooks.
Pruneface and Itchy disrupt the big football game between the Lions and the Beavers. They use an air suction gun to aide the players in gliding over the goalpost and make a win, so they can win their bets on the game. Joe Jitsu grabs the two villains and turns them over to Tracy.
Two villains are stealing ivory from the sacred elephants of India. Dick Tracy and his assistant, Joe Jitsu, fly to India. There, they discover that the crooks stealing the ivory from the elephants are Stooge Villa and Mumbles.
Go Go Gomez returns to the United States on a ship with a rare, diamond-studded alarm clock. B.B. Eyes and Flattop try to steal the expensive timepiece. After a chase all over the deck, the two crooks try to throw the clock overboard to prevent capture by Dick Tracy. Luckily, Go Go grabs the clock just as it's about to be thrown into the drink and helps Tracy take the pair into custody.
Someone is trying to scare a retired lawman out of his estate and steal his silver. Dick Tracy and Hemlock Holmes head out West to find out who is behind the events. It turns out that Stooge Villa and Mumbles are frightening the old man with film and recorded images of ghosts, witches, cannons and other things. But Tracy breaks into the house and exposes the scam. As the two cops take the villains away, the former cop reveals that he is The Lone Stranger, and that his "Silver" is actually his horse.
The Brow and Oodles have kidnapped a prize-winning pig from the county fair. The two fiends are holding the pig prisoner in an old manor house outside the city. Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes to save the swine and capture the culprits.
Pruneface and Itchy are stealing from a fountain at St. Peter's in Rome. Dick Tracy sends Charlie out to bring them in. The two criminals attack Charlie from the fountain. Dick assigns Joe Jitsu to help the Italian police chief foil the two villains' scheme. It turns out that the Italian police chief's pet electric eel is the biggest help in sending the two villains to jail.
Two crooks are stealing from patrons on the streets. Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes to stop the crime. The ones behind the thefts turn out to be Sketch Paree and the Mole. The pair are picking pockets in the guise of an organ grinder and his monkey. Hemlock thwarts them and turns them over to Tracy.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles are working from the porch of a high-rise. Operating as "The Pigeon," they use a carrier pigeon with threatening notes to extort money from well-to-do pet shop owners. The message to one: "Return four hundred with pigeon or we will spike your penguin food." Dick Tracy assigns Joe Jitsu to capture the two crooks.
The Brow and Oodles have bought the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The pair turns the tower into a hotel... but only as a front so that they can break into the bank next door. Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes to stop them.
Disguised as an old woman, the Brow is preying on wealthy millionaires by pretending to be their long-lost mother and then killing them for their fortunes. Tracy creates a ploy to have Go Go Gomez impersonate a millionaire. Gomez advertises that he is trying to locate his missing parent. Buying into the sting, the Brow and Oodles invite the two detectives to their lair. There, Go Go and Tracy wrap up The Old Mummy Case in a snap.
Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to the tropics to investigate a real estate scam. Once on scene, the little police detective finds out that Pruneface and Itchy are selling phony islands to unsuspecting victims. Go Go foils the crooks plot by puncturing the inflatable island and turning the pair over to the local authorities.
Dick Tracy sends Hemlock Holmes on the trail of Flattop and B.B. Eyes, who are trying to corner the sealskin coat market. Tracy joins Hemlock in a smashing finish to the case.

B.B. Eyes and Flattop take over an express train and proceed to steal its contents. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables to stop them. The squad captures the two villains, and Hemlock brings the train back in true Casey Jones style.
Disguised as moving men, the Brow and Oodles are stealing from prominent homeowners. Joe Jitsu foils the crooks by catching them inside a folding couch.
Joe Jitsu foils a scheme cooked up by B.B. Eyes and Flattop to steal night deposits from the Last National Bank.
Mumbles and Stooge Villa steal the payroll from The Gimmick Movie Studios. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez to stop the two crooks, but a pesky studio exec Mr. D.C. almost thwarts his efforts.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles have stolen a rare parrot worth millions of dollars. Dick Tracy assigns Hemlock Holmes and the Retouchables to return the parrot and capture the two crooks. Hemlock foils the villains by disguising himself as the parrot and bringing the thugs into Tracy's dragnet... but in the process, two of the members of the Retouchables have captured the disguised Hemlock and hold him for the wagon!

Not having enough evidence that Stooge Villa and Mumbles have stolen Whistler's mother's rocking chair, Dick Tracy has Hemlock Holmes bring the two in for interrogation. Believing that they can beat the rap, the pair agree to a lie detector test. But Dick Tracy's lie detector soon bests Stooge and Mumbles.

Hiding out in Hollywood, Stooge Villa and Mumbles steal the wig from a vain but well known movie star. The pair plots to ransom the wig from both the studio and the actor. Dick Tracy sends Go Go Gomez and his dog Panchito to foil the fiends.
Hemlock Homes and Dick Tracy have a dangerous assignment, someone is stealing guns and explosives from the Water Blast Arms & Ammunition Co.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles steal one-man helicopters from an air force base. Their plan: to steal from the wealthy residents of The Smetherly Wilshire Hotel. Joe Jitsu foils the two crooks by using mental telepathy to brainwash the pair into thinking that they're double crossing each other, destroy their copters' mechanisms and jump off the rooftop of the hotel and into the arms of Dick Tracy.
Dick Tracy and Joe Jitsu go after Stooge Villa and Mumbles who are sending out fake Sweepstakes tickets all over the city.
Stooge Villa and Mumbles are smuggling rare pearls and hiding them inside Chinese fortune cookies at an abandoned restaurant in Chinatown. Dick Tracy send Hemlock Holmes to find them. Hemlock stops at the restaurant for food and he becomes suspicious of the waiter. Stooge and Mumbles (the waiter in disguise) are about to carve up Hemlock with a meat cleaver. Tracy comes in and foils the villains by shooting a hole in one of the barrels of fortune cookies... which buries the crooks.
