When Noddy accidentally scratches Car, he borrows a magic paintbrush from Big Ears. But the brush is unreliable and paints crazy colours round Toytown. Fortunately, Noddy and Bumpy's recent game of fetch gives Noddy the idea of getting Bumpy to catch the paintbrush and the town paints itself back to normal.
When Mr Wobbly Man wobbles onto the trampoline Noddy was taking to the Little Skittle birthday party, he needs to think of a new game for them. When he finally manages to get their giant birthday jelly to the party, the empty tray the jelly was sitting on gives him an idea for a game and the Skittles use the giant jelly's giant tray as a slide.
Tessie wants to compile a photo album for Dinah's birthday. She takes a photo of Noddy but her lens cap is on. Tessie runs around trying to snap a photo of Noddy while he takes part in a car race with Jumbo. She finally manages just as Noddy and Jumbo cross the finish line. No-one can decide who won the race until Tessie's photo reveals Noddy as the winner.
Noddy teaches Whiz how to play hide and seek. The robot is very pleased with his hiding place on the edge of town. No-one will find him here! After a while though, he begins to wish Noddy would find him. Noddy is on the case! Using Whiz's big new magnet he manages to track him down. Maybe Whiz is a little too good at hide and seek.
Mr Plod concentrates so hard on not laughing in a 'keep a straight face' game with Noddy, that he swallows his laugh! Noddy tries everything to make him laugh but it's only when he and the Toytown residents bring by a procession of the hilarious migrating chattering teeth for Mr Plod's entertainment that the laugh pops back up where it should be.
Mr Wobbly Man's jelly mixer remote control is broken so he could do with borrowing Whiz's new Control-it-all, the remote that can control everything. But Bumpy gets hold of the Control-it-all and causes havoc round Toytown. Noddy's plan to use a big pool of sticky jelly from the mixer to stop Bumpy in his tracks gets everything back to normal.
The Little Skittles are so over-excited about going to their first Domino Day that they keep getting in the way. Soon their exuberance sets the domino rally off early. They need to learn patience. Eventually it's time for the rally to start and the Little Skittle declare it was well worth waiting for.
The toys want Mr Plod's birthday picnic to be a surprise but he's prowling around, on the trail of a missing kite. Noddy invents some clues to a mystery for Plod to follow and even though the goblins steal Plod's birthday picnic, he has a great day following clues and finds the culprits in the end, the goblins. Mr Plod is even more delighted when he finds out the kite is for him.
Lindy is very excited that it's Bluebell Day and wants to visit her sisters to celebrate. She is so eager to go that she uses magic in the garage, which makes Whiz very cross. He tells her to leave but after she's gone, Whiz feels strange. Noddy helps Whiz to understand it's because he's missing Lindy and arranges a rapprochement for the robot and the fairy.
Tessie always goes looking for her birthday surprise party, so it ends up not being a surprise. Noddy tries to stay one step ahead and when the Little Skittles card for Tessie is so big it has to move on the Skittles' wagon, it gives Noddy the idea of keeping Tessie's picnic on wheels to keep it mobile.
Noddy plans a parade through Toytown but the goblins mix up the routes by turning round the arrows and the marchers all get separated all over town. Noddy takes to his helicopter and skywrites a drawing of an arrow to get the marchers back to the Jelly bowl. On the way they gather up the arrow changing Goblins who must now take part in the parade.
Mr Plod knocks some of Big Ears' 'Go Faster' dust on his trousers and zooms off round Toytown. He just can't stop running! Noddy sorts out a trap which catches Mr Plod but then the trousers take off on their own. Noddy borrows Whiz's new Suck-o-matic, chases the trousers and sucks out the magic dust. Mr Plod is thrilled to be reunited with this trousers.
The goblins try to spoil Noddy's roller disco with a weather wrecking kit from Goblin Gizmos. Their wind machine doesn't stop the fun, as Noddy and the toys use the gale to join in a roller conga using a big umbrella as a sail. Then the goblins remote controlled rain cloud is caught in a net and the Goblins end up forced to join the roller disco fun cheerleading with Tessie.
Sly gives Gobbo a test: Can he spoil the fun in Toytown on his own? But Gobbo has so much fun with Bumpy and Noddy that the funometer explodes. As Whiz and Lindy try and fix it, Gobbo goes off to try and cause some misery. Noddy re-unites him with the mended fun-o-meter and gets the town to pretend to be miserable so that Gobbo can pass his test.
The goblins are fed up with being caught red handed so they make themselves invisible to cause mischief in Toytown, seriously messing up Big Ears painting session. Noddy sets a trap for them: food they can't resist and rigs up the paint to reveal the Goblins. Mr Plod will let them go home when they've both done a nice painting.
Big Ears tells Noddy that the rainbow at the edge of the Wood is what brings the colour to Toytown. The Goblins overhear and steal the rainbow in a Goblin Gizmos Rainbow Robber. The colours start to disappear from Toytown - it's going gray! Noddy rushes to the Wood to see the rainbow has been taken.
On a sunny day, Noddy borrows a magic watering can from Big Ears for Tessie but Big Ears forgets to tell Noddy to use only the tiniest bit. Noddy uses the whole of the contents of the watering can on Tessie's tomatoes and they grow and grow and grow, all over Tessie's house. She can't even get in! Noddy cuts down the massive plants and gives them to toys to use as sun shades.
Frustrated with the Goblins spoiling their game, Lindy does magic on Sly to make him like playing. The Goblins join in but Sly plays horribly, accusing Noddy of cheating and then cheating himself. Lindy can't take the magic off by herself so asks her sisters for help. They think a playful Goblin sounds like a good idea and think the magic should stay.
Noddy visits his friends the pirates on his new jetski. He teaches them about burying treasure, pretending with stones and shells but the pirates rush off and bury the mermaids chest of pearls. They can't do that! Noddy gets Bumpy to help find the chest of pearls and returns them to the mermaids before they even notice they're gone.
This episode features Noddy helping Mr. Wobblyman deal with the fact that he is not a toy designed to lie down.
When Master Tubby Bear wants to move his house, Noddy hooks it up to his car and tries to relocate it all over ToyTown.
Noddy has specially gathered flowers for Tessie Bear to give to her. However, they keep disappearing and he has to find out who has been taking them.
Noddy ends up lost in the woods when the goblins, Sly and Gobbo, talk him into buying a fake treasure map.
When a freak storm washes away all of Toyland's colors, it is up to Noddy to find a way to restore color to Toy Town.

Whiz has no idea how birthdays work so Noddy introduces him to all the elements of birthdays prior to throwing Whiz his own party. The Goblins take advantage of WhizÂ’s ignorance of birthdays to tell him he must do some pretty crazy things with his card and present. But it turns out that throwing his present into the river is exactly the right thing to do - itÂ’s a remote control boat!
Noddy goes bird-watching with Mr Plod to see if they can spot an Enchanted Warbler.
The Skittles show Noddy their shell collection... just one shell!
Noddy plans a big dance in the Town Square. He and Tessie tell everyone about it and everyone shows them their favourite style of dancing.
Whiz is excited. His friend Woosh is coming to visit Toytown.
Jumbo accidentally knocks Clockwork mouseÂ’s house down. Again. Just by trying to get inside. Clockwork mouse needs a bigger house and Noddy and the townsfolk help to build it. But then that house gets knocked down too! Noddy remembers the sticky custard Tessie was making and they make bathfulls of the stuff using it to stick the blocks together for a Jumbo-proof house for Clockwork Mouse.
The Paper DollÂ’s have spent ages making beautiful dresses for a fashion show but the Goblins steal them and when Noddy catches up with them the dresses have torn on prickly bushes. Noddy gets the Skittles to help make colourful new dresses and they make so many that the Goblins are drafted in as extra models.
The Goblins decide that the way to stop Noddy having fun is to make sure heÂ’s kept busy all day. They swap his crate of jelly mix for springs and make the paint he and Mr Plod are using on the police station turn pink. But whatever they do, Noddy ends up using their interventions to his advantage and having fun anyway.
