Noddy brings Mr Wobbly Man a tin of treacle so he can make a lovely sticky treacle tart for Pudding Day. But the goblins steal the tin and Noddy has to chase them round toytown to get it back. Of course, Noddy catches them sticky handed and the treacle tart gets made and enjoyed by all of Toytown.
