Season 2

Four years after the Twilight incident in the .hack video games, stability has seemingly returned to the on-line RPG "The World." Shugo and Rena, twin siblings who are living apart from each other, mysteriously acquire the player models of the .hackers: Kite and BlackRose, respectively. But invincible monsters have now made their way into the game - possibly as a result of a group of rogue players. Shugo is given the Twilight Bracelet, a dangerous data-altering item entrusted to the original Kite. Shugo and Rena, along with their newfound friends in the game (including Balmung and Sanjuro, two original players involved with the Twilight conflict), attempt to uncover the secret of these events while also avoiding the Cerulean Knights, a relentless team of system administrators.

L'histoire se déroule quatre ans après la trame des premiers jeux vidéo de la série .Hack. Shugo et Rena, frère et sœur jumeaux de quatorze ans, découvrent le MMORPG The World. Rena gagne l'accès de deux personnages très rares qu'elle incarnera avec son frère, que Black Rose et Kite. Une légende est associée à ses deux personnages et les jumeaux tentent de la résoudre. Après de stupide petites disputes, Aura leur apparaît et leur confie le bracelet du Crépuscule, l'aventure commence...

Главная изюминка, увлекающая и заставляющая переставлять диски – это детский, очень смешной и кавайный стиль оформления (это хорошо видно на изображениях) фонов, пейзажей и самих героев, а также невероятно легкий способ повествования. В «Легенде Сумеречного Браслета» не оказалось ни гениальных умозаключений, ни многочасовых философских рассуждений, ни чего-то подобного. Наоборот, все предельно просто и понятно: реальные люди играют в видеоигру, им это нравится, они там находят друзей, собирают команду, путешествуют, порой прикалываются. И смотрится это здорово, я бы даже сказал, весело, а детские дизайны и музыка в стиле «ути-пуси» лишь способствует этому.
