SEGMENT 3&4 - Deputy Cortez responds to a domestic violence report where the husband has been said to have head butted his wife and the husband left with their child. The search then begins to find the husband.

After a thorough search, they discover the suspect well hidden under a trap door in the floor, covered by a sofa. The suspect is taken into custody and arrested.

SEGMENT 4- Deputy Roberts pulls over a vehicle driving at high speed. After interrogation the man admits to having a little weed but instead the Deputy locates a large bag of mushrooms.

SEGMENT 4- Deputy Katz responds to a call from a water company worker who was contacting people in the neighborhood about a water issue and when he knocked at this particular door, the woman was extremely inebriated and fell down.

Once determined that this person was on searchable probation for a prior felony, Deputy Coburn does a search and finds drugs, processing equipment for Hashish and pepper spray, which is a violation of his probation. After arresting the ex-felon and while transporting the probation violator in another Deputy’s vehicle, Deputy Coburn gets a radio call that a green vehicle just pulled into the same motel parking lot, also with an expired registration and three occupants. He commences to do a search on their vehicle and finds heroin, a gun, Methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia as well and ends up arresting three more people. SEGMENT4-Deputy Shelton responds to a call from a lady who allowed a homeless person she found sleeping on her doorstep to stay in her apartment. Sometimes no good deed goes unpunished and the homeless lady trashes her house while she's away.

With great expertise Deputy Hamon and his K-9 partner capture the runaway and he was arrested. SEGMENT 3&4 -Deputy Harris responds to assist fellow Deputies on a burglary in progress call. They capture the alleged perpetrator who is highly agitated, combative. He was caught siphoning gas from rental vehicles. He blames the world for his situation but takes no responsibility for his own contribution. SEGMENT 4 – Deputy Stockeland responds to a report of a man who is obviously impaired, stumbling along a main road in town. Upon investigation the individual is on probation and when searched, has open needles with heroin in his pocket which almost stick the Deputy.

SEGMENT 4 -Deputy Harris responds to a call of two males fighting in a TJ Max department store. The younger man claims the older guy was a pimp. The older guy has never seen the younger guy before and doesn’t know what to say. Turns out the younger guy was a suspect in a burglary and he was taken into custody.

SEGMENT 2-Deputies Arnum and Sherry of the Sheriff’s Lake Tahoe Boat Patrol pull up to a boat inflatable which was losing air and floating far out offshore with two adults and one child aboard. With the afternoon winds that routinely come up on Lake Taho,e and the very cold water temperature, they could have drowned if their boat capsized. SEGMENT 3&4- Deputy Coburn and Deputy Morton respond to a call from a homeowner who stated that two individuals were walking around a vacationing neighbor’s home, claiming they were looking to buy the house, yet it was not for sale.

    SEGMENT1 - Deputy Harris assists other Deputies as they chase a car which came up as stolen when they passed through a Lake Tahoe Agriculture check point. Many of these checkpoints in California read the plates of the vehicles and alert CHP and the Sheriff if a car comes up stolen. The chase is on to capture the car thieves and what they find in the car is a bonanza for the good guys. SEGMENT 2&3- Deputy Campora pulls over a vehicle that has an expired registration, weaving in and out of their lane and occupied by 4 males and one female who is vomiting in the back seat. All the kids are under 18, past curfew and in trouble with their parents for sure. Deputy Campora tactfully calls each parent to come pick up their kids, and surely imparts a lifelong lesson to those kids. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Coburn pulls over a car in a known drug area with a defective tail light only to discover the driver has no license. The driver’s reason he claimed he was in the area was to meet his dad to go to DMV and get his license reissued. The Deputy points out that today is Saturday and DMV is closed. His lie exposed, a search reveals the real reason they were there.

    SEGMENT 1&2- Deputy Hamon and Deputy Morton respond to a call from a homeowner that people were parking on the street and stealing items from the neighbor’s house. This is a house that has had theft issues previously by homeless thieves and was well known to the Deputies. SEGMENT 3-Deputy Sorey stops a vehicle driving with no license plate light and a flat tire driving down the road. Ends up to be an older lady who admitted to drinking too much wine, hit a curb and that’s why her tire is flat. SEGMENT 4-Deputy Van Buren is flagged down by another motorist on a curvy hillside mountain road advising him that another car left the roadway and tumbled down off the side of the hill rather violently. Deputy Van Buren found the vehicle on its side with two women sticking their heads out of a side window.

SEGMENT 3&4 Deputy Carpenter responds to a 911 call from a man who says his wife has been beating him and just threw a hammer at him and hit him.

When they arrive they find the vehicle, with the license plate covered and which checks out to be stolen vehicle. SEGMENT 3&4 Deputy Bare comes upon a man with a car he claims is broken down at 3am in morning. While questioning the man, another man pulls up in a truck who claims to be the guy who is going to “jump” the stalled vehicle. A quick records check shows both on probation for drug issues. A search reveals old habits never die.

SEGMENT 3- Deputy Carpenter participates in a search of a motel room and finds a load of incriminating identity theft items and drugs. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Roberts responds, code 3, to a report of a known individual committing a robbery and who also happens to be a known officer safety threat. Reporting party advises the person is currently hiding in a boat and is reported to be armed.

They converge upon the location and clear the target house, with the cameras right beside them and take down 5 cartel members including the cartel boss. SEGMENT 4: We follow the WENET Team tracking a mid-level Methamphetamine dealer, as they discover the location of their stash house. They converge on the house, take several Mexican cartel employees into custody. The bust results in a takedown of 2.2 pounds of Methamphetamine, 3 mid-level cartel dealers in custody and one female taken on a felony warrant.

Upon investigation he finds one of the women has two felony warrants for possession of Methamphetamine.

SEGMENT 3- Deputy Brown responds to a call where a husband has locked out his wife from the house and he has a weapon, which as a convicted felon , is illegal. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Campora responds to a 911 call where a guy has burglarized a house and attempted to make his escape in a stolen vehicle, when the homeowner blocked the stolen vehicle in the driveway, making it impossible for the thief to leave. The gun waving fugitive turns out to be the once removed drunk. How quickly something can go bad for law enforcement. He is subdued and arrested for several felony charges. SEGMENTS 2 & 3: Deputy Aaron Campora responds to a possible stolen vehicle in a grocery store parking lot. A patron, fitting the description of the man that left the vehicle, refuses to answer any questions or comply with the officer’s orders and is arrested for delaying an officer and obstructing an investigation. The patron is screaming his you tube “I am a free citizen” and we are treated to a diatribe on first amendment rights! The actual occupants of the possibly stolen vehicle return and deny they stole the vehicle. Officer Campora sorts through all this madness to find some sense. SEGMENT 4: K-9 Deputy Mike Roberts makes contact with a man working on his vehicle in an open gas station parking lot in the middle of the night. The man has some prior convictions and Roberts is treated to a most unbelievable story about an ice skating superstar, a romance breakup and a perfect example of the madness that can take place in the streets.

The Deputy questions this woman and comes away with a whole lot more than one might expect.

SEGMENT 4- Deputy Katz is pursuing a young woman with a substance problem who escaped custody while being treated at a hospital and they are trying to get her back into custody. Her father turns her in, hoping she can go back to jail and get some rehab help.

This surely shows the degree of patience and effort the Deputy’s exhibit to de-escalate what could have potentially been quite a tussle. SEGMENT 2- Deputy Ishmael and Deputy Bare investigate a complaint of a dog being shot on a person’s property. The dog was rushed to the vet by her husband and her son and the Deputies attempt to follow the blood trail, to determine who shot the dog. At the end of the trail, they come upon a man with a handgun. SEGMENT 3&4- Deputy Roberts, while patrolling known drug houses, noticed a red truck with two occupants, one of which was passed out in the front seat with a hypodermic needle still sticking in his arm.

At gunpoint, he has the passenger exit the vehicle only to learn that the suspect driver, who ran off, had a warrant and left his 1 ½ year old infant child in the back seat along with his passenger. SEGMENT 2 &3- Deputy Morton responds to a call from a store owner that there were two juveniles outside the store, throwing up and appearing extremely intoxicated. One of the kid’s mom shows up and she is totally upset. The kid screams for a medic because he believes he is going to dieas a result of drinking a bottle of Jack Daniels. The other youth is 15 years old and on probation for a previous arrest due to being under the influence. SEGMENT 4- Deputy Turnbull and Deputy Gray were called by a probation officer to inform them that a violent child predator was released from prison in El Dorado County. He described his car, license plate and current location. The deputies found the man in his vehicle, in a closed school parking lot. They examine his phone and find out that he was scanning Craig’s List, looking for a child babysitter, despite the fact that he has no children. He was taken into custody and turned over to detectives for further questioning.

The vehicle was described as one that was hijacked hours before in Sacramento and the report states that passerby’s may have the occupants of the vehicle in place, inside the car, at gunpoint. The report also states the female occupant is huddled down in the back seat of the vehicle, with a shotgun. SEGMENT 3-Deputy Taroli is responding to a 911 call that came in claiming they hear a husband and a wife fighting while being broadcast over the air on a 2 way radio. He enters the scene and meets a very drunk, hostile and non-compliant male, approximately 75 years of age, with blood all over his hand. SEGMENT 4 Deputy Gray and Deputy Roberts respond to a report from a mother that her vehicle was taken, without permission, by her daughter. Her daughter lives in her mom’s house, with her boyfriend and a 1 year old son. The mother reports they do meth all the time in that one room, in front of their baby .and they need to get some help

Once determined that this person was on searchable probation for a prior felony, Deputy Coburn does a search and finds drugs, processing equipment for Hashish and pepper spray, which is a violation of his probation. After arresting the ex-felon and while transporting the probation violator in another Deputy’s vehicle, Deputy Coburn gets a radio call that a green vehicle just pulled into the same motel parking lot, also with an expired registration and three occupants. He commences to do a search on their vehicle and finds heroin, a gun, Methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia as well and ends up arresting three more people. SEGMENT 4: Deputy Shelton responds to a call from a lady who allowed a homeless person she found sleeping on her doorstep to stay in her apartment. Sometimes no good deed goes unpunished and the homeless lady trashes her house while she's away.

SEGMENT 4- Deputy Stockeland goes to assist another Deputy who has three Hispanic adults who are allegedly drunk in public and who have been harassing 15 year old girls.

He claims he was altruistically just helping a girl in need. More likely, they were preparing to have sexual relations. SEGMENT 4-Deputy Prostler on Lake Tahoe Boat Patrol looks to stop teens from jumping 30 feet off a bridge which has hidden rocks just below the surface. Many tourist have been seriously injured in making such a jump from this particular bridge.

They capture the alleged perpetrator who is highly agitated, combative. He was caught siphoning gas from rental vehicles. He blames the world for his situation but takes no responsibility for his own contribution. SEGMENT 4: Deputy Stockeland responds to a report of a man who is obviously impaired, stumbling along a main road in town. Upon investigation the individual is on probation and when searched, has open needles with heroin in his pocket which almost stick the Deputy.

He also has a vial of Meth in his possession. The Deputy has a very revealing and frank conversation with the suspect.

SEGMENT 4- Deputy Thomsen responds to a call from a Safeway store that there is a transient who has been completely naked in the bathroom for over an hour.

A perimeter is set up searching for the suspect with a handgun and the woman is receiving texts from the suspect that there are a lot of “cops in the area and he is going to die by suicide by cop.” He is eventually captured in a bathroom 20 miles from the scene and is arrested on a multitude of charges. SEGMENT 2-Deputy Almos responds to a call that a 52 year old male had along fall off a cliff in South Lake Tahoe. SEGMENT 3&4- Deputies Almos and Seligson pull over two vehicles speeding down a side road in South Lake Tahoe. They find that both drivers have no license and one of them is a registered sex registrant who failed to register in California and he is taken into custody.

SEGMENT 2-Deputy Almos responds to a report of a bear walking around some vacation homes in South Lake Tahoe. SEGMENT 3&4-Deputy Sorey responds to a report of a domestic violence call where one or two males were reaching into the window of a car and beating a female. Further investigation reveals that one of the male subjects was her pimp.

She was directed to our Sheriff’s Homeless Outreach Team [HOT], which was established to help the homeless find shelter and the basic needs for living. SEGMENT 3&4-Deputy Carpenter acts on a tip from a confidential informant that a known heroin dealer is selling dope out of a trailer.

    SEGMENT1-Deputy Harris responds to a call from an anonymous caller saying that a stolen vehicle would be found parked by a local business in a shopping mall. Upon arrival at the store, the in-store security officer points to two males and claims they were in the store earlier and had stolen items. As Deputy Harris investigates he discovers that one of the two males accused by the store of theft was on probation for auto theft. He then discovers the stolen vehicle and a shaved key in his possession which is used to steal cars by bypassing the ignition lock. SEGMENT 2- Deputy Isham notices a car stopped at the intersection of a major mall with the engine running and when he approaches the vehicle and tries to get the divers attention, the driver was totally an unresponsive. The scent of alcohol filled the interior of the vehicle once the driver opened the door. SEGMENT 3&4- Deputy Sosa responds to a report of a vehicle that may be involved in an earlier vehicle break in. Drugs are found and one is arrested.

With the afternoon winds that routinely come up on Lake Tahoe and the very cold water temperature, they could have drowned if their boat capsized. SEGMENTS 3 & 4: Deputy Coburn and Deputy Morton respond to a call from a homeowner who stated that two individuals were walking around a vacationing neighbor’s home, claiming they were looking to buy the house, yet it was not for sale.

    SEGMENT 1: Deputy Harris assists other Deputies as they chase a car which came up as stolen when they passed through a Lake Tahoe Agriculture check point. Many of these checkpoints in California read the plates of the vehicles and alert CHP and the Sheriff if a car comes up stolen. The chase is on to capture the car thieves and what they find in the car is a bonanza for the good guys. SEGMENTS 2 & 3: Deputy Campora pulls over a vehicle that has an expired registration, weaving in and out of their lane and occupied by 4 males and one female who is vomiting in the back seat. All the kids are under 18, past curfew and in trouble with their parents for sure. Deputy Campora tactfully calls each parent to come pick up their kids, and surely imparts a lifelong lesson to those kids. SEGMENT 4: Deputy Coburn pulls over a car in a known drug area with a defective tail light only to discover the driver has no license. The driver’s reason he claimed he was in the area was to meet his dad to go to DMV and get his license reissued. The Deputy points out that today is Saturday and DMV is closed. His lie exposed, a search reveals the real reason they were there.

On a tip from another individual on scene, Deputy Campora searches the area and finds the co-conspirator to the man in custody, down the block, hiding at another large retail outlet and makes a second arrest.
