SEGMENT 2: Deputy Taroli responds to a report of a suspicious person in the back of a business loading items onto his trunk hood. When they arrive they find the vehicle, with the license plate covered and which checks out to be stolen vehicle. SEGMENTS 3 & 4: Deputy Bare comes upon a man with a car he claims is broken down at 3am in morning. While questioning the man, another man pulls up in a truck who claims to be the guy who is going to “jump” the stalled vehicle. A quick records check shows both on probation for drug issues.
