Fiskeburger

Til denne retten trenger du 400 g fersk hyse/koljefilet, 400 g torskefilet, 15 g salt, litt hvit pepper, 1 eggehvite, 1–2 dl melk, 10–15 g potetmel og 1-2 ss hakket gressløk. Til gribiche trenger du 2 egg kokt, 2 ss kapers, 2 ss sylteagurk, 1 ss sjalottløk, 2 ss sitronsaft, 1 ss dijonsennep, ½ dl olivenolje, kruspersille, salt og pepper. Til kålsalaten trenger du ½ fennikel, 1 gulrot, ¼ blomkål, 2 ss olje, 2–3 ss eple/hvitvinseddik, salt og pepper
