Finny è stato ammesso a frequentare una scuola per studenti brillanti come lui. Per caso Pinocchio entra in possesso della lettera di convocazione e la legge. Spinto dall’egoismo decide di non darla subito all’amico, ma si pentirà presto della sua brutta azione.
Pinocchio intercepte une lettre destinée à Folet qui informe le Lutin qu'il est admis dans lointaine et prestigieuse école. Catastrophe : Pinocchio a besoin que Folet lui écrive une rédaction pour sauver sa moyenne. Le Pantin décide alors de cacher la lettre ! Sauf que Volpek découvre le pot aux roses et balance le héros à Folet. Le Renardeau convoite en effet la place de premier de la classe que Follet va laisser vacante s'il part. Blessé par la trahison de Pinocchio, Folet précipite son départ.
Farfalla hat für Frido einen Brief. Pinocchio will ihn überbringen, doch auf dem Weg macht er ihn neugierig auf. Frido will wohl auf eine Eliteschule gehen. Das passt Pinocchio gar nicht. Ohne Fridos Unterstützung wird für ihn das Leben in der Schule schrecklich. So lässt er den Brief kurzerhand verschwinden. Volpek bekommt das mit und tut alles dafür, dass Frido seinen Brief noch bekommt, aber dabei ist er natürlich nicht ganz uneigennützig.
Farfalla heeft een brief voor Frido. Pinocchio wil hem bezorgen, maar onderweg wekt hij zijn nieuwsgierigheid. Frido wil blijkbaar naar een eliteschool. Pinocchio is daar helemaal niet blij mee. Zonder Frido's steun zal het leven op school vreselijk voor hem zijn. Dus laat hij de brief prompt verdwijnen. Volpek merkt dit en doet er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat Frido zijn brief ontvangt. Natuurlijk is hij daarbij niet geheel onbaatzuchtig.
Farfalla has a letter for Frido. Pinocchio wants to deliver it, but on the way, he piques his curiosity. Frido apparently wants to go to an elite school. Pinocchio doesn't like this at all. Without Frido's support, life at school will be terrible for him. So he promptly makes the letter disappear. Volpek notices this and does everything he can to ensure that Frido receives his letter, but of course he is not entirely selfless in doing so.
