Now substituting in a corporation league game, Sena and Shin finally get the rematch they've been waiting so long for. However, Shin is disappointed as Sena refuses to use the Devil Bat Ghost due to his previous orders from Hiruma. The Samurais are losing due to Ootawara and Shin's entrance into the game, and the line cannot withstand Ootawara. The Huh-Huh brothers arrive and see Sena, Monta, and Komusubi playing, so they too join the game. Shin tells Sena that since he finally got the chance to face him, he won't hold back, and that Sena shouldn't either. With the encouragement of Monta, Komusubi, and the Huh-Huh brothers, Sena decides to use the Devil Bat Ghost.

Sena y Shin finalmente vuelven a enfrentarse. Sin embargo, Shin está decepcionado de que Sena se rehúsa a usar el Devil Bat Ghost por lo que le dijo Hiruma. Los Samurais van perdiendo gracias a la intervención de Ootawara y Shin, y la línea es incapaz de detener a Ootawara. Los hermanos Huh-Huh llegan y al ver a Sena, Monta, y Komusubi jugando, deciden entrar también.
Sena, Monta und Komusubi nehmen am Probespiel der Shuei Elephants gegen die Samurai Warriors teil. Shin und Otawara, die zunächst nur zuschauen, werden schließlich auch noch eingewechselt. So können sich Shin und Sena erneut auf dem Platz gegeneinander beweisen. Der Starspieler der White Knights ist jedoch enttäuscht, dass Eyeshield seine neue Technik nicht anwenden möchte …
