When Martin Luther King Jr. comes out of a coma after 32 years and finds himself thrust into the 21st and life in the post "September 11th" lunacy, his "turn the other cheek" philosophy quickly takes him from beloved national hero to dispised terrorist sympathizer.

Martin Luther King Jr. non è morto nel 1968, ma semplicemente caduto in coma. Si risveglia nel 2000, invecchiato ma ancora capace di smuovere le coscienze delle masse. Purtroppo, gli attentati dell'11 Settembre 2001 rendono la sua filosofia del "porgi l'altra guancia" ben poco popolare. Così, Huey lo convince che bisogna ricominciare da capo: fondare un movimento politico che sappia comunicare con la gente in modo moderno, al passo con i tempi.
