地平線の彼方まで夕暮れが続く荒野で目覚める主人公・塚原音子。見知らぬ場所で自分が何者なのか、どうしてここにいるのか想い出せない中、背後に「黄昏ホテル」が現れる。ホテルに入ると、頭が燃えている支配人に出迎えられる。自分が死んでいるのか、生きているのか定かではないことを知り、記憶を取り戻すきっかけを探す音子のもとに、不思議なお客様が現れる。
Neko Tsukahara acorda em uma planície deserta em que o crepúsculo continua até o horizonte. Enquanto tenta se lembrar de quem é e do que está fazendo ali, o "Hotel Tasokare" aparece às suas costas. Lá, ela encontra o gerente, um homem com a cabeça em chamas, e descobre que talvez esteja morta. Enquanto tenta desvendar se está viva ou não, Neko ajuda uma hóspede a encontrar suas memórias perdidas.
Neko Tsukahara wakes up in a vast, desolate wilderness, where the twilight stretches to the horizon. She has no memory of who is or how she ended up there.
Suddenly, the "Tasogare Hotel" appears behind her. Upon entering, she is greeted by a manager with a head on fire. Unsure whether she's alive or dead, Neko begins searching for a way to regain her memories, when a mysterious guest arrives.
Neko Tsukahara despierta en un desolado páramo bajo un crepúsculo que se extiende hasta el horizonte. Sin recordar nada, encuentra a sus espaldas el "Hotel Tasogare". Allí la recibe el gerente, un hombre con cabeza de fuego, y descubre que no tiene claro si está viva o muerta. Mientras busca pistas para recuperar su memoria, ¿podrá ayudar a una huésped con sus problemas?
