Jane finds herself being the subject of a monster's infatuations, which results in the beautiful Jane having to fend off the romantic yet horrifying advances of a scary creature that has risen from the eerie lagoon in the jungle.
Robert traut seinen Augen kaum, als in der Lagune plötzlich eine merkwürdige Kreatur vor ihm steht, die auch noch unerwartet Jagd auf ihn macht. Zum Glück gelingt ihm die Flucht. Als Robert Jane davon erzählt, macht die sich auf, um mehr über dieses seltsame Geschöpf zu erfahren und begibt sich dadurch in große Gefahr.
