Shadows of P'Jem

Archer obdrží zprávu od admirála Forresta, že přátelské vztahy s Vulkánci se zhoršily. Vulkánci viní lidi z vyhrocení situace mezi nimi a Andoriany. Chrám P'Jem byl totiž Andoriany zničen, i když při incidentu nebyl nikdo zabit. T'Pol je za to nepřímo odpovědná a proto ji Vulkánské velení chce z Enterprise odvolat. T'Pol to jen chladně akceptuje a tak se Archer rozhodne, že se jí pokusí přemluvit a vezme ji na "poslední misi" na planetu Coridanů. Ve vzduchu jsou ale napadeni místní teroristickou skupinou, která je unese a uvězní. Zatímco se oba dost marně snaží dostat z pout, přílétá vulkánská loď, která má T'Pol vyzvednout. Když se ale její kapitán dozví, že byla T'Pol unesena, trvá na tom, aby celou věc nechali na něm. Chce přepadnout doupě teroristů a rukojmí osvobodit silou. To se ale nelíbí Tuckerovi a proto se spolu s Reedem potají vydávají na záchrannou misi sami. Ihned po přistání jsou ale zajati i oni, a to tím nejnepravděpodobnějším mužem ze všech, Andorianem Shranem...

Ende Oktober 2151: Als Konsequenz der Ereignisse auf P’Jem soll T’Pol die Enterprise verlassen. Kurz darauf werden Archer und T’Pol auf einem Handelsplaneten von Rebellen gefangen genommen, die nicht wollen, dass die Regierung Geschäfte mit den Vulkaniern macht.

Archer and the crew are disappointed to discover that T'Pol has been ordered by the Vulcan High Command to leave Enterprise -and equally frustrated at her seeming indifference to leaving their ranks. T'Pol's last mission as a Starfleet officer, however, proves eventful when she and Archer are kidnapped by a militant faction on an alien planet. However, aid comes to them in the form of the Andorians: their leader, Shran, still owes Archer a debt (from the events of "The Andorian Incident"). It turns out the Vulcans are covertly backing the ruling faction on the planet, while the Andorians are aiding the freedom fighters. With the help of the Andorians, Malcolm and Trip rescue Archer and T'Pol over the objections of the local Vulcan ship, and Shran considers his debt to Archer repaid.

L'amiral Forrest est contacté par l'ambassadeur Vulcain, Soval, qui lui fait part de la destruction par les Andoriens du sanctuaire de P'Jem. Soval accuse le capitaine Archer d'y être mêlé et d'avoir indiqué aux Andoriens la cachette du lieu sacré...

Archer megtudja, hogy az andoriaiak lerombolták P'Jem kolostorát a rejtett helyőrséggel együtt. Soval nagykövet erre bejelenti, hogy befejezik az emberekkel közös űrprojektet, és visszahívja T'Polt. A vulkánit visszaviszik az Enterprise-ra, ahol úgy dönt, hogy a hajón marad.

Il comando terrestre viene avvertito che il monastero di P'Jem è stato distrutto dagli Andoriani in seguito alla scoperta della struttura di monitoraggio nascosta in esso. Per questa ragione, dichiarandosi contrari ad un'ulteriore collaborazione con gli umani che minacciano i loro equilibri politico-razziali, i Vulcaniani intendono far sbarcare dall'Enterprise T'Pol, che, a differenza di Archer e del suo equipaggio, non mostra alcun turbamento alla notizia. In attesa della nave che preleverà T'Pol, Archer e la Vulcaniana partono per il pianeta Coridian per visitare le basi navali, ma vengono rapiti da un gruppo di dissidenti che si oppongono al governo filo-Vulcaniano; Trip decide di andare con Reed sul pianeta per portare avanti le ricerche senza l'aiuto dei Vulcaniani che stanno arrivando. Qui viene avvicinato dall'Andoriano Shran che, riconoscendo di avere un debito con gli umani, decide di aiutare Trip e Reed a ritrovare i due rapiti

El alto mando Vulcaniano ordena a T'Pol que abandone el Enterprise. Sin embargo, en su última misión con el capitán Archer, T'Pol es hecho prisionero. Finalmente, en momentos de necesidad surgen de pronto nuevos amigos...

Archer e T'Pol são raptados por um grupo militar anti-vulcano e a Enterprise elabora uma complexa operação de resgate, contra a vontade dos vulcanos.

Archer en de bemanning zijn teleurgesteld als ze ontdekken dat T'Pol door het Vulcan-opperbevel is bevolen om Enterprise te verlaten - en even gefrustreerd over haar schijnbare onverschilligheid om hun gelederen te verlaten. T'Pols laatste missie als Starfleet-officier blijkt echter veelbewogen wanneer zij en Archer worden ontvoerd door een militante factie op een buitenaardse planeet. Er komt echter hulp in de vorm van de Andorians: hun leider, Shran, is Archer nog steeds een schuld verschuldigd (van de gebeurtenissen van "The Andorian Incident"). Het blijkt dat de Vulcans heimelijk de heersende factie op de planeet steunen, terwijl de Andorians de vrijheidsstrijders helpen. Met de hulp van de Andorians redden Malcolm en Trip Archer en T'Pol ondanks de bezwaren van het lokale Vulcan-schip, en Shran beschouwt zijn schuld aan Archer als terugbetaald.
