Während einer nächtlichen Autofahrt stoßen Hannes und die Gräfin auf Jesses Leiche. Es sieht so aus, als hätte ihn jemand an der Straße abgelegt, um einen Unfall vorzutäuschen. Gleichzeitig stellt sich heraus, dass im Steinbruch von Horst Wallner eine größere Menge Sprengstoff gestohlen worden sind. Interessantes Detail dabei: Es handelt sich um jenen Steinbruch, in dem die Crossgolfer mit Vorliebe gespielt haben. Die SOKO wittert einen Zusammenhang. Jesse and his clique are enthusiastic cross golfers. They play golf in open terrain – to the annoyance of their fellow human beings. During a nighttime car ride, Hannes and the Countess come across Jesse's body. It looks as if someone had left it on the road to fake an accident. At the same time, it turns out that a large amount of explosives have been stolen from Horst Wallner's quarry. Interesting detail: It is the quarry in which the cross golfers liked to play. The SOKO senses a connection. But then Mira, Jesse's girlfriend, disappears.
