Chef Michael Schlow cooks with Ming and shows that basting is as easy as a flick of the wrist as we cook on the fly on Simply Ming. Michael chooses fish as his lead ingredient and creates a delicious dish of Halibut with Mushrooms, Quinoa and Tomatoes. Ming opted for a Pan-Roasted Duck with Cranberry-Fig Sweet and Sour Sauce with Noodle Chow Mein.
