The Ruman Kingdom is known as the Gambling Kingdom. Galactor, guaranteeing the king's position, is channeling millions in riches out of the country. His highness Prince Luga's heart is torn by the people moaning with the high taxes imposed by the kingdom. So he contacts the ISO and offers to hand over a microfilm containing the location of the Galactor bases and headquarters to them. He does this knowing that it's against his father the king's, orders.
In order to lay their hand son the film, the Science Ninja Team takes part in a race sponsored by the prince in which everybody can participate. But the encounter obstacles set by Galactor, who know the prince's plans. They're lured, together with the prince, into the base located in the interior of the kingdom.
Il Regno di Ruman è conosciuto come il Regno del Gioco d'Azzardo. Galactor, garantendo la posizione del re, sta facendo uscire dal paese milioni di ricchezze. Il cuore di Sua Altezza il Principe Luga è straziato dal popolo che si lamenta per le alte tasse imposte dal regno. Contatta quindi l'ISO e si offre di consegnare loro un microfilm contenente l'ubicazione delle basi e dei quartieri generali dei Galactor. Lo fa sapendo che è contro gli ordini del re suo padre. Per mettere le mani sul filmato, il Gruppo Scientifico Ninja prende parte a una gara sponsorizzata dal principe a cui tutti possono partecipare. Ma incontrano gli ostacoli posti dai Galactor, che conoscono i piani del principe. Vengono attirati, insieme al principe, nella base situata all'interno del regno.
