Oceangoing ships from the ISO keep disappearing. It always happens in the vicinity of a place called "Cemetery of the Sea". Director Anderson and Nambu ask the Science Ninja Team to go to a base on the ocean floor which is most likely to be struck next.
The Science Ninja Team gets Nambu's message and takes the God Phoenix towards the base at the bottom of the sea. Then they encounter a mysterious submarine, which leads them to the Cemetery of the Sea, where they see countless sunken ships.
Le navi oceaniche dell'ISO continuano a scomparire. Questo accade sempre nelle vicinanze di un luogo chiamato "Cimitero del Mare". Il Direttore Anderson e Nambu chiedono al Gruppo Scientifico Ninja di recarsi in una base sul fondo dell'oceano che con ogni probabilità sarà la prossima ad essere colpita. Il Gruppo Scientifico Ninja riceve il messaggio di Nambu e porta la God Phoenix verso la base in fondo al mare. Los barcos oceánicos de la ISO siguen desapareciendo. Siempre ocurre en las cercanías de un lugar llamado Cementerio del Mar. El director Andāson y Nambu le piden al equipo Science Ninja que vaya a una base en el fondo del océano que es más probable que sea atacada a continuación.
