Umino hat sich in Naru verliebt, aber sie sieht in ihm nur einen Freund. Um dieser Beziehung auf die Sprünge zu helfen, schenkt Bunny ihnen zwei Eintrittskarten für eine Vorstellung, die sie von Motoki bekommen hat. Zoisite taucht auch in diesem Park auf und Umino versucht alles um Naru zu beschützen. Bunny verliert bei dem Versuch sie zu retten den einzigen Kristallsplitter, den sie haben.
Umino tries to impress Naru by dressing up as Tuxedo Mask. Zoisite wants to turn Naru into a monster to hopefully draw out Sailor Moon, but is frightened away when he sees Tuxedo Mask (Umino) at her house. He returns the next day, but he misses and turns a nearby performer into a monsters instead. The monster starts to suffocate all of the people (including Umino and Naru), and Zoisite uses this to blackmail Sailor Moon into giving up her Rainbow Crystal. Tuxedo Mask arrives, and they fight for the crystal while Sailor Moon frees the people. In the end, Zoisite grabs it and disappears.
Luna décide de révéler aux filles qu’elle vient de la Lune, afin de retrouver la princesse du Silver Millenium, un royaume basé sur la Lune. Cette princesse est l’héritière naturelle du Cristal d’argent. Zoisite, de son côté, tend un piège aux guerrières et à Tuxedo Mask pour s’emparer des cristaux arc-en-ciel qui lui manquent.
Gurio Umino mostra d'esser innamorato di Naru, la quale però insiste nel volerlo considerare solamente come un amico; mentre di dirigono assieme al luna park ecco che Usagi li segue di nascosto per poter vedere come va a finire. Gurio indossa il costume e la maschera di Tuxedo, con l'intento di proteggere Naru e conquistare così il suo cuore: ma un vero mostro appare attaccandoli all'interno del parco e il povero Gurio finisce presto KO. Dovrà pensarci Sailor Moon, che appare e si confronta col mostro e Zoisite.
Kelvin demuestra estar enamorado de Molly pero ella solo lo quiere como amigo. Ambos van a un parque de diversiones y Serena los sigue para ver como les va. Kelvin lleva un disfraz de Tuxedo Mask para proteger a Molly y ganar su corazón, pero un monstruo de verdad aparece en el parque y ataca a Molly. Kelvin termina muy lastimado por defender a Molly, y ella comienza a mirarlo con otros ojos por ello. Sailor Moon aparece y se enfrenta a Zoycite y al monstruo. Sailor Moon derrota al enemigo pero Zoycite la engaña y se queda con el cristal arcoiris que tenía. Zoycite tiene 5 cristales ahora y Tuxedo Mask los otros 2, pero el jura que los recuperará todos.
海野がなると接近中。しかし、なかなか友達レベルから発展しない。うさぎはカッコイイ男になれば、きっとなるも振り向いてくれると海野をたきつける。勘違いした海野はタキシード海野仮面になって、なるの身辺警護を開始。うさぎは、さらに遊園地でのデートを画策したが、そこではゾイサイトの計画も進行していた。
