Two city slickers decide they want to buy Villa Villekulla. Thunder Karlson and Bloom set themselves up as real estate agents and try to sell Pippi's house, without her knowledge or consent. Pippi appears to be playing along, but all the while she is on top of the game and gets everyone so confused that the city folk vow never to step foot in a small town again. Thunder Karlson and Bloom are escorted to jail.
Deux citadins décident d'acheter la Villa Villekulla. Thunder Karlson et Bloom se font passer pour des agents immobiliers et tentent de vendre la maison de Fifi, à son insu et sans son consentement. Fifi semble jouer le jeu, mais elle domine le jeu et sème la confusion dans l'esprit des citadins, qui jurent de ne plus jamais remettre les pieds dans une petite ville. Thunder Karlson et Bloom sont conduits en prison.
