Luffy defeats Caesar and sends him flying out of the facility. The Straw Hats, G-5, the children and Law made it to Building R-66 where they prepare to leave the building. Baby 5 and Buffalo spot Caesar and attempt to rescue him after contacting Doflamingo. Franky then spots the two from the deck of the SAD tanker.
Brook raggiunge Chopper e il suo gruppo, portando con sé Kin'emon che è stato pietrificato dal gas. Guidati da Usop, si dirigono verso il settore R dove tutti gli altri sono giunti e li stanno aspettando, mentre Law rimprovera Rufy per non avere ancora catturato Caesar. Nel frattempo, giungono da Dressrosa due sottoposti di Doflamingo, Baby 5 e Buffalo: appena arrivati in prossimità dell'isola, trovano lo scienziato privo di sensi e, informato Joker, questi ordina loro di riportarlo a Dressrosa; i due vengono, però, avvistati da Franky a bordo del Generale Franky.
Caesar es derrotado y lanzado fuera del laboratorio debido al golpe de Luffy.
