Yoichi and Ajiou reunite with Konishi Kazuya at Hatsune Sushi, a long-established restaurant in Hakata. Konishi, who had abandoned his career as a meat chef, has been training hard there. Just then, Mouri from the Ajishogun Group appears and demands that Hatsune's master sell the restaurant or give Konishi back. In order to protect Hatsune's taste, Yoichi offers to team up with Konishi and take on the challenge.

陽一と味皇は博多の老舗・初音寿司で小西和也と再会する。肉料理の道を捨てた小西は、ここで新たな修行に励んでいた。そこへ味将軍グループの毛利が現れ、初音の親方に店を売るか、さもなくば小西を返せと迫る。
