Dr. Meta-Evil looks to be finished. But is he? A strange cat puts a rare medal in to a huge Medabot and it takes Metabee, Rokusho, and ArcBeetle to fight him. Even when all 3 of them use the Medaforce, it doesn't seem to stop Giganko. Giganko goes into town destroying everything in sight. Not even the Police can stop this Medabot. Is all hope lost?
ミヤマ遺跡から、巨大なメダロットが現れた。イッキたちは逃げ場を失ってしまう。カリンちゃんがメダロット博士に助けを求めるが、ヘリポートも破壊され、救助に行けない。怪盗レトルト、ロクショウと共に、メタビーは巨大メダロットに立ち向かう。
El gato del Dr. Metamalo despierta a un medabot gigante llamado Giganko. Metabee, Rokusho y Arcbeetle lo atacan usando conjuntamente la meda-fuerza, pero Giganko solo es derribado, se levanta y se dirige hacia la ciudad. Ikki le da a metabee unas piernas de vuelo y van hacia Giganko. Mientras tanto el Cuerpo Selecto, un equipo pacificador cuyo objetivo es detener los ataques criminales realizados con medabots, intenta sin éxito detener a Giganko.
