Un consigliere comunale viene rapinato e gravemente ferito alla gola. Logan e Greevey indagano sul caso, e arrestano due uomini che rivelano il nome del mandante: il genero del boss mafioso Frank Masucci. Stone e Robinette scoprono quindi che il consigliere comunale era coinvolto in uno scandalo di corruzione, infatti la raccolta delle multe per violazione dei parchimetri era collegata alla criminalità organizzata. Il procuratore distrettuale Alfred Wentword, per evitare di sembrare conniventi chiede a Stone di non concedere l'immunità al genero del boss.
