The third and final season of Gargoyles, titled The Goliath Chronicles, aired on ABC's Disney's One Saturday Morning programming block from September 7, 1996, to February 15, 1997. This season marked a departure from the series' syndication roots in The Disney Afternoon. The episodes followed Goliath and his clan as they continued their quest to protect both humans and gargoyles in a changing and often dangerous world. Each episode opened and closed with a short monologue from Goliath, adding a reflective tone and earning the season its title. This final chapter in the Gargoyles saga concluded the story of the Manhattan Clan and their protector, Goliath, leaving a legacy as one of the most ambitious and beloved animated series of its time.
