Deimon are up against Amino, a school where they use medical science to increase their muscle sizes. They are all artificial muscles. Sena follows "idiot" Taki onto the wrong bus and ends up to a faraway place, Nagano. Meanwhile Deimon, without their ace, must defeat Amino. At first the Deimon defensive linemen cannot hold Amino back and have a touchdown scored on them. Then Doburoku brings in a truck and tells them to push it until they remember how to push with their hips instead of just their arms, just like during the Death March. Deimon pushes through the line and Monta catches a ball for a first down.

En años anteriores han ganado torneos de fútbol soccer, basquetbol, y este año probarán con el fútbol americano. Por culpa del idiota de Natsuhiko, Sena termina abordando el autobús equivocado, y los dos van a parar a Nagano.
Die Devil Bats müssen sich im Match gegen Amino beweisen. Die gegnerische Mannschaft nutzt wissenschaftliche Methoden, um die Leistung ihrer Spieler zu verbessern. Als plötzlich auch noch Sena auf Abwege gerät und nicht an der Partie teilnehmen kann, müssen seine Teamkameraden zeigen, was sie im Höllenmarsch gelernt haben.
