Bob und sein Team sollen eine Bergstation und einen Sessellift für die Skipiste bauen. Anlass ist das ‚Hochhausener Winterfest‘, das an diesem Abend stattfindet. Während die Arbeiten in vollem Gang sind, übt Sarah Zappel mit Tim und Mila snowboarden. Auch Bob darf es einmal ausprobieren. Danach wird weiter am Lift gebaut. Schon bald ist er fertig und Sarah, Mila und Tim dürfen die erste Testfahrt machen. Baggi möchte auch gern in den Schnee, da er aber ohne Schneeketten darf er nicht auf die Piste. Als keiner zusieht, probiert es trotzdem aus. Dabei kommt er ins Schlittern und prallt gegen einen der Stützpfeiler des Sesselliftes. Das Seil, an dem die Gondeln hängen gerät aus der Führung. Ob der Lift nun noch rechtzeitig bis zum Winterfest fertig wird?
Spring City is celebrating winter with the Winter in Spring Festival! Bob and the team are building a triple chairlift to transport passengers to the top of Observatory Hill for the occasion. When Skye offers Bob a snowboarding lesson, Scoop decides that he wants a try at the snowy hill too. Despite Wendy's warnings, Scoop slides down the slope. He crashes into the support beam and the chairlift cable jumps off the wheel tracks. Chairlift passengers Mila, JJ, and Skye are dangling from the cable, and Bob snowboards swiftly down the slope to the emergency brake. After the chairlift is repaired, Bob joins Mila and JJ for snowboarding stunts at the opening of the festival.

Spring City bereidt zich voor op het Winterfestival! De Rockets zijn aan het snowboarden en Leo oefent zijn sneeuwman-bouwkunsten.
Het team heeft helaas niet veel tijd om in de sneeuw te spelen, want ze moeten een nieuwe stoeltjeslift bouwen.
Als die klaar is, kunnen de Rockets pas echt goed trainen voor hun grote snowboardshow! Gelukkig hebben ze ook nog tijd om Bob een paar trucjes te leren.
