Mila von den Sportis Hochhausen soll bei der Kinder-Fernsehsendung „Die Quiz-Flitzer“ mitmachen. Sofie, Tim und Anton sind traurig, weil sie keine Karten bekommen haben, um Mila anzufeuern. Deshalb wird Bob einen Fernseher im Stadion von Hochhausen anbringen, damit alle Bewohner der Stadt die Sendung gemeinsam anschauen können. Leo und Heppo beginnen damit, einen riesen Stahlrahmen aufzubauen. Alles läuft gut, doch dann lenkt Bürgermeisterin Baugroß Heppo mit lauter Zusatzaufgaben ab. Nun muss der junge Lehrling Leo plötzlich alles allein machen. Ob das gut geht?

After a hard day's work, the team completes the job, and the community gathers to watch Mila win the trophy for Spring City.
