Going back to the time when Ichigo, Uryu, and Chad left the real world for Hueco Mundo with Kisuke's help, the main focus is now directed to the events that took place in Karakura town during the previous arc. Kisuke feels that Karakura town needs protection against hollows now that Ichigo left. In one night, he came up with the idea to create a fun way to protect the town, which was to force Kon into a team of hollow fighting super heroes called "Soul Burial Detective, Karakura Riser". Once Kon gets used to his new hero suit, he meets the rest of the team which includes Don Kanonji, Tatsuki, Chizuru, Keigo, and Ururu. After a successful fight with hollows, the team encounters a woman who appears to be an arrancar.
En revenant à l’époque où Ichigo, Uryuu et Chad ont quitté le monde réel pour le Hueco Mundo avec l’aide de Kisuke, l’accent est désormais mis sur les événements qui se sont déroulés à Karakura durant l’arc précédent. Kisuke estime que la ville de Karakura a besoin de protection contre les Hollows maintenant qu’Ichigo est parti.
Une nuit, il a alors une idée originale : pour protéger la ville de manière « amusante », il force Kon à intégrer une équipe de super-héros chasseurs de Hollows appelée « Soul Burial Detective, Karakura Riser ».
Une fois Kon habitué à son nouveau rôle de héros, il rencontre les autres membres de l’équipe : Don Kanonji, Tatsuki, Chizuru, Keigo et Ururu.
Après un combat réussi contre des Hollows, l’équipe tombe sur une mystérieuse femme… qui semble être une Arrancar.
Mentre Ichigo e i suoi amici sono ancora impegnati nell'Hueco Mundo, Urahara chiede aiuto a Kon e ai compagni di classe di Ichigo per tenere al sicuro la città di Karakura dagli Hollow. Hanno così inizio le vicende di Karakuraizer e dei suoi bizzarri alleati.
Ichigo y sus amigos abandonan Karakura para intentar traer de vuelta a Orihime, y continúan luchando en Hueco Mundo. Aún así, los Hollows siguen apareciendo en el mundo de los vivos.

Hollow'larla başarılı bir dövüşten sonra, ekip bir arrancar gibi görünen bir kadınla karşılaşır.
