Buddy drags Ricky to the Gulf Coast Council meeting and tries to make him test out his public speaking skills. Meanwhile, after finding the Pisces unloading in his spot during his time slot, Kenny is upset, especially with Nick and the captain of the Pisces. However, he soon realizes that his anger is ill placed and that Buddy is behind the miscommunication.
