Um Informationen über das Metal Jack-Projekt zu erhalten, hat das Syndikat neun Wissenschaftler entführt. Die Metal Jack Fighters haben die Aufgabe, eine andere Wissenschaftlerin vor diesem Schicksal zu bewahren. Das erweist sich jedoch als ziemlich schwierig.
メタルジャックの開発に携わった科学者が次々と誘拐されるという事件が起きていた。イドの手によるものだと推測した醍醐司令は、最後に残った科学者・藩銀蓮教授の護衛を命ずる。だが、藩教授はその申し出を拒否。憤りを感じる3人だったが、藩教授にはある狙いがあった。
Scientists involved in the development of Metal Jack have been kidnapped one after another. Commander Daigo, who believes that Ido is responsible, orders them to protect the last remaining scientist, Professor Han Ginren. However, Professor Han refuses the offer. The three are outraged, but Professor Han has a specific goal.
