Okiayu Ryoutarou is a voice actor (seiyuu) and narrator, who was born on November 17, 1969 in Kokura Minami-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production. He married fellow seiyuu Nagasawa Nao and had a daughter, but they are now divorced.
