Noto Mamiko, born February 6, 1980, is a prolific voice actress (seiyuu), stage actress, singer and narrator working under Office Osawa. She was born in the city of Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, and graduated from Hokuriku Gakuen Senior High School.
