Howard Winchel Koch was an American producer and director of film and television. He entered production as second assistant director on The Keys of the Kingdom in 1944, and was involved with War Paint (1953), The Manchurian Candidate (1962), TV's Miami Undercover (1961), Maverick (1957), Hawaiian Eye (1959), Cheyenne (1955), The Untouchables (1959) and Crossings (1986)
