Stella Stevens

Stella Stevens (born Estelle Caro Eggleston) began her acting career in the 1959 film Say One for Me, followed by Li'l Abner. A prominent leading lady in 1960s and '70s she is perhaps best known for playing the object of Jerry Lewis' affection in The Nutty Professor, and starred in such popular films as The Courtship of Eddie's Father, The Silencers, The Ballad of Cable Hogue and The Poseidon Adventure. On television she is known for roles as Lute-Mae Sanders on Flamingo Road, Phyllis Blake on Santa Barbara, as well as appearances on Wonder Woman, Hart to Hart, The Love Boat, Night Court, Murder She Wrote and Magnum P.I. She has also been a film producer, director and pin-up girl.
