The school has turned into a tragedy due to the overflowing amounts of students being turned into zombies. Kaede, Minori, and Hijiri attempt to contact the outside but the telephone line in the school is cut off. Moriguchi, whom Kaede met at the village, appear and they begin searching for a way to escape the school.
残美と化した生徒たちで溢れかえり、校内は惨劇と化していた。楓 (齋藤飛鳥)、実乃梨 (堀未央奈)、聖 (与田祐希) は外部に連絡を取ろうとするが、校内の電話線が切られて繋がらない。そこへザンビ村で出会った守口 (片桐仁) が現れ、3人は一緒に校内から逃げる方法を模索する。しかし、外にも残美がいて窓からも脱出できず、出入り口の扉も固く閉ざされていた。どうすることもできない状況に唖然とする楓たちに、守口はたった1つだけみんなを助ける方法があるという…。
