Freesia High is in a mess due to the large amount of zombies. Kaede and six classmates manage to escape into the home economics room. Hijiri knocks on the door and Kaede is rebuffed at first when she goes to let her in. Meanwhile, Minori searches for the truth about the zombies in the library.
残美の大量発生で大混乱に陥ったフリージア学園。楓 (齋藤飛鳥) は、柚月 (大園桃子)、穂花 (久保史緒里)、加奈 (梅澤美波)、恭子 (吉田綾乃クリスティー)、麗奈 (伊藤純奈) ら6名のクラスメイトたちと、襲い来る残美から家庭科実習室になんとか逃げ込む。恐怖に身を潜めていると、聖 (与田祐希) が必死に助けを求め、ドアを叩く。楓は中に入れようとするが、残美かもしれないとクラスメイトたちに拒まれてしまう…。一方、1人図書館で残美の真相を調べていた実乃梨 (堀未央奈) にも恐怖が迫っていた…。
