Carly beschließt selbstständig das Geheimnis um den Feuerroten Drachen zu lüften. Dabei erfährt sie von Misty, dass Mistys Bruder verschwunden ist. Tatsächlich soll sich dieser jedoch der Arkadia-Bewegung angeschlossen haben. Um den Bruder zu finden, schleicht sich Carly verkleidet in das Hauptquartier der Vereinigung. Dort wird sie von Sayer erkannt und anschließend zu einem Duell herausgefordert.
Jack decides to return with Mina to the city to retrieve his Duel Runner. He thinks it is too dangerous for Carly to get involved but promises to tell her everything when it’s all over. Carly, wanting to maintain her contact with Jack, decides to look into Akiza and the Arcadia Movement, and finds out Misty is somehow linked to them and goes to meet her. She reveals that Akiza was apparently responsible for the death of her younger brother.
Par peur de perdre tout contact avec Jack, Carly continue ses recherches sur les Pactisants et les Pactisants des Ténèbres. Ceci la mène jusuq'au Mouvement Arcadie. Mais elle n'est pas au courant qu'elle a rendez-vous avec la destinée. Elle affronte Sawyer (Divine) en duel, mais perd face au Deck Psychique de ce dernier.
アルカディアムーブメントにやってきた龍亞達の応対にでたディヴァインの態度は紳士的なものであり、龍亞の要求であるアキの助力をあっさりと認めた。しかし、それは罠であった。龍可がシグナーであることに目をつけたディヴァインは龍亞にもその力があるのではないか、とその力をデュエルを仕掛けることで試す。しかし、結果はディヴァインの望むものではなかった。一方、ジャックに去られたカーリーはその落ち込みが激しかった。回復に向かっている遊星ではあったが、鬼柳の強さに脅威を感じるのであった。そんな頃、ジャックは新生ホイールオブフォーチュンを手に入れる。
