Kaum in Satellite angekommen, müssen sich Yusei und seine Freunde einen Viererduell gegen den Sicherheitsdienst stellen. In New Domino City versucht Carly Jack eine Entschuldigung gegenüber seinen Freunden zu entlocken, um wieder nach Satellite zurückkehren zu können.
After catching up with each other and reuniting with Rally and co, Yusei and Crow are forced into a Turbo Duel with security using Tag Duel rules. Meanwhile, Carly accompanies Jack around the city whilst Mina and Trudge follow. Jack reminisces about his life in the Satellite, and the friends he betrayed. Following some advice from Carly, he decides to follow his own path.
Yusei à retrouvé son vieil ami Crow Hogan, qui lui informe de quelques problèmes dans la partie basse de Satellite. Pendant ce temps, Jack Atlas et Carly Nagisa passent la journée dans un parc d'attraction de la ville, sans se rendre compte que Mikage et Ushio les suivent.
迫るセキュリティをかわすクロウ。その頃、遊星はゴドウィンからシグナーとダークシグナーとの5000年前からの深い因縁を聞かされていた。さらには、17年前の第1号モーメントの制御に失敗したことにまで話が及ぶ。釈然としないままゴドウィンの元を去る遊星。そんな遊星の前にクロウが姿を現す。 クロウとの再会を喜ぶ遊星。早速、ふたりでDホイールを駆って街を疾走する。その時、クロウからサテライトの奥で不穏な動きがあることを聞かされる遊星。 自らのアジトへ戻ると、ラリーやブリッツといった懐かしい顔が遊星を出迎える。そんな再会を喜ぶ間もなくセキュリティ達がやってくる。
