Tooru and some friends try to attract a flying saucer. Unwittingly, they draw the attention of Black Dome, which had been summoned to earth by Commander Black.
円盤博士の大場少年が発見した円盤は、ブラック司令が呼び寄せた新たな円盤生物ブラックドームだった。ビルをも溶かす強力な泡を吹き出しながら街を破壊するブラックドーム。その後、ブラックドームは化石のような姿に変化し、作戦開始まで待機する。
