Keith and Physis discover the shocking truth that they both were artificially created through a process of genetic manipulation and a product of many failed experiments. It becomes evident that Physis is not a Mu, but an artificially created human given powers by Soldier Blue in the past. Jomy returns to the amusement park where he was supposed to have undergo his adulthood exam by Terras #5 and completely destroys Terras #5 this time. Keith puts Mother Iliza and Educational Station E-1077 on a self-destruct sequence and a new computer system called Grandmother is reinstated. With Terras #5's computer system destroyed and the path to Terra cleared, Jomy decides to venture there along with the other Mu.

죠미와 만난 스웨나는 모든 진실을 알게 된다. 죠미는 테라의 좌표를 알아내기 위해 테라즈No.5를 파괴하러 드림월드로 향한다. 모든 곳이 시작된 그곳에서 테라즈No.5를 없애고 테라의 좌표를 알아낸다. 키이스 역시 E-1077에 가서 자신이 태어난 곳을 직접 눈으로 확인한다. 그리고 모든 시스템을 파괴하고 돌아온다. 그랜드 마더는 그를 맞이하며 뮤 섬멸작전 제2단계를 실행하라고 명령한다.
