A story about a troubled boy growing up in England, set in 1983. He comes across a few skinheads on his way home from school, after a fight. They become his new best friends even like family. Based on experiences of director Shane Meadows.
It's the day of Woody and Lol's wedding, but all is not well and things aren't helped when Meggy has a sudden crisis. Lava lamps will fly, wreaths will be stolen, and old desires will be rekindled...
Woody and Lol get back together, leading Woody to believe he's now ready to marry the woman he loves. Shaun and Smell finally come together, while Combo gets a chance to do something truly heroic.
It's December 23, but life isn't looking festive for some. Lol's struggling to cope with new responsibilities and past haunts. Woody has a new girlfriend: she's lovely, but the polar opposite of Lol.
It's Christmas Eve and Woody's been offered a promotion at work. Lol pays a visit to Combo in prison. Shaun takes centre stage for his acting debut and, in true style, the gang all attend.
On Christmas Day, the gang are getting merry, until they bump into Woody and Jennifer. Shaun's messed up big style and it's hit him hard. Lol struggles to find some peace.
It's spring and Woody is in his element as a stay-at-home dad sharing the fun with Milky. Lol flourishes running the school kitchen, while Harvey and Gadget get baked all day.
It's summer: the BBQs are out and the raves are on. While Lol, Woody and Milky revel in domestic bliss, the rest of the gang embark on a journey they will never forget.
It's autumn: Lol faces an impossible task. Honesty, forgiveness and loyalty are tested to the extreme. Kelly's downward spiral continues, while Shaun takes a trip down memory lane.
It's winter: there's promise of new beginnings for Combo, Lol and Woody, but things don't work out as planned. Kelly is in a very dark place and only she can decide how this will end.
