Usa, a first-year in high school, is moving into the Kawai Complex after his parents have to move because of work. It's an old building, but Usa likes what he sees, until he finds out that he will be living in the same room as a perverted masochist (Shiro).

Usa, un estudiante de primer año en la escuela secundaria, se mudará al Complejo Kawai después de que sus padres tuvieron que mudarse debido al trabajo. Es un edificio antiguo, pero a Usa le gusta lo que ve, hasta que descubre que vivirá en la misma habitación que un masoquista pervertido (Shiro).
Une nouvelle vie commence pour Usa au lycée : il va vivre seul. Enfin, seul… Il emménage dans la pension Kawai aux côtés de toute une galerie de personnages pour le moins originaux. Lui qui rêvait de calme et de simplicité après des années collège qu’il préfère oublier, saura-t-il trouver sa place… et l’amour ?
